Before I knew it, the first semester was over. It was a good ride. I actually made another friend this time. Her name was Jay Ann, or as I call her Jayne. She was a slim girl with blond highlights on her hair that found me weird but interesting.
We didnt really talk that much. Sometimes I feel like she's just analyzing me, waiting for me to make a mistake and laugh. But it was okay, at least I had someone I could call a friend. A few weeks later with her and I could tell that she was a good person.
What a way to start a friendship.Together with Edward, the three of us were a team.
Anyhow this team had a problem. And that problem made me do this and that until I arrived here.
Where was I? Well, lost in Molave Hill ,of course.
As I scratch my messed up hair while fending off the mosquito attacks, I began to wonder how I got here.
It first started on our semestral finals. During one of our chemistry practicals, we managed to break (more or less destroyed) a beaker, some test tubes, and a watch glass. How did it happen? I dont know either. I was taking a piss by the time it exploded and when I got back to the lab I saw two figures unfamiliar to me.
Their faces were blackened and their hair stood up on one end as if electricuted. Their lab gowns were darkened too, save for the back part.
" Christian! I thought I told you to put the water before the acid? " said one of the blackened figures.
That voice sounded like Jayne's. Hmm...impossible.
"Great, look at this mess! Dont you know that they wont clear us if we cant replace these apparatuses? " yelled the other figure.
That voice sounded like Edward's. Could it be? Well, after a few seconds of staring into them I conclude that the two people infront of me really were Edward and Jay Ann.
When class ended that day those two pressured me with the responsibility of finding replacement apparatuses, which turned into a long and hard fought word war.
Guess who lost?
Well, that's just half of the reason why im walking aimlessly in these woods. I mean, I didn't want to come here in the first place.
It was the last day of the semester. That meant it was now or never. I managed to obtain the replacements and was walking to the DOPAC building when I suddenly remembered about the Molave Hill.
I mean, I wasn't thinking about it. It just came out of nowhere. Now that I thought about it, this would be the last time I could glance at the hill before semestral break.
I paused in my tracks for a few seconds and decided that I should just look at the hill for the last time before I take my vacation. A look couldn't hurt, could it?
I turned to the opposite direction and walked. The hill had always been a place of interset of me. Ever since my first day in school, I had frantically searched for answers on the question I had always asked myself.
What had happened on Molave Hill ten years ago? Why was it banned from the public?
Well, for the entire semester I managed to get some answers. But nearly all of them were unbelievable. One of my dormmates said that ten years ago a girl had been raped and left for dead on Molave Hill. Now her ghost haunts the very grounds, searching her murderers.
Another story from my classmate says that a monster lurks inside the woods of Molave Hill. Well, there werent really enough trees on the hill to consider them as daunting as the woods. At night, the monster snatches foolish travelers near the hill and roasts them for dinner.
