Chapter 1: Lineup

Okay, here goes...

Y/N L/N was to be going up against 7 other bands in exactly a week. Was she nervous? Yeah. Was she prepared? Hell yeah! A few years back Y/N had started her own band called "Void." You and your 3 other friends were in the band, and were currently looking at the lineup for that night.

Y/N: Most of these bands don't play originals, so I think we're okay.

F1: Well, there's this one band called "Calpurnia." They play originals. They have their own album called "Scout."

F2: I was listening to their songs last night, and they're really good. Same genre as our band.

F3: Never heard of them. Are they good?

F2 began playing "City Boy" on her phone.

F2: You tell me.

Finn: What?

Ayla: We're going up against 7 other bands. Most of them do covers, so I don't know if we should worry about them.

Jack: Some cover bands win.

Malcom: Are there any important bands we should be aware of?

Ayla: There's a band called "Void." They're also an alternative rock band. Their lead singer and guitarist is Y/N L/N. They have an album called "Battle Grounds."

Finn: Never heard of them. Play a song from them.

Ayla begins typing your band name and plays a song called "Too Late." (I wrote this lol).
