The fitness exam Part 3

-Alright here are the things we are gonna do first warm up and then you wil run through the campus which is half a mile long , as you can see there are orange cones you have to move around you cant step over them or bump into them and green ones that you will jump over your time needs to be 20 minutes or less, there will be no mistakes.

-Then you will have 2 minutes to do the most you can out of the next moves

* 60 or more pushups

*68 or more sit ups

-finally  you will run 1.5 miles that means 3 times through the campus your time needs to be 14 minutes or less. The two kind peolple over there will jugde your form and movements

-Did you get that

- ummmm

-mike sighs - just do the most and fastest you can of what i tell you ok

-ok

-then lets begin first lets warm up shall we

After the warm up which was just a couple of stretches and a light jog  the exam began i got into a push up position and mike blew his whistle .

I wont lie the whole thing was so fucking tiring but i passed with flying colors. Mike was very impressed with my scores i was too, i guess l really want this job
