-you can leave once your done - anounced Mrs Blake

-sure - i replied

i began calling karol to tell her i was leaving work so she should be getting ready.

- hello...- i heard through the phone.

- hey ,im out of work now ill be there in fifteen minutes- i said

- sure illl begin getting ready then- 

 - alright see you.....

once i ended the call i saw Dylan also leaving the house with a coat on, and then it dawned on me he was most likley also going to the party, his friend must have convinced him i thought, Karol really owes me big time now , ill try my best to avoid meeting him there....

after ranting a bit to myself , while washing the last of the dishes i began heading home....

- come on mom please- i saw karol wearing a short, red , simple and flowy dress with black lace on the back and the black heels my mother had gotten her for her 16th birthday. 

- ill wait for Aiden to confirm if its true ok- replied her mother in a stern voice.

i had just walked  in when i began hearing there conversation but Karols mom spotted me :

-oh look he's here, ill ask him now then, -she then directed to me- hello Aiden.. do you have any plans with karol today

-  I saw Karol glance at me waiting nervously for my answer most likley hoping i had'nt changed my mind.

- yes, i will be acompanying her to a party we both got invited to - i answered.

i saw Karol's face light up'once she heard my answer, giving me a thumbs up from behind her mother.

- see mom! , i told you, so can i please go?

her mother sighed, - fine i guess if you are with him..... you can go...

- thank you ,thank you mom- said Karol as she hugged her mom. giving me slight deja vu of her thanking me some days before.but just before i could get even more lost in thought Ms. Miller interupted. 

- Please take good care of her Aiden.- she said with a kind face

- of course Ms. Miller - i  replied 

she smiled at me - thank you...

- any time,-

 I then turned to Karol - im heading home to change ok- i anounced.

- yeah ill wait here- she replied.

i left to my house. i had told my mother beforehand about the party and she had said it was fine since she had'nt seen me go to parties once and that she was happy to see me socialize a bit more.

- IM HOME.....

- Hello Aiden.- she said greeting me from the couch where she was reading a book.

- hi mom.- i went and gave her a hug.

- oh before i forget,  karol was waiting for you to go to the party a minute ago , she wanted you to confirm with her mother that you would be going too.

- yeah i already confirmed it with them im just here to get changed.

- oh ok make sure to have fun and please, come back home safe ok.
