Diana woke up the next day with a strong arm encircling her waist and a pair of lips stayed still in the crook of her neck. "Ric?" she called, feeling confused as her head hurt so bad. All she wants to do is stay in the same position as she is right now because Alaric's body managed to block the sunlight a little bit.

"Yeah?" Ric replied with a very hoarse voice. He was still half-asleep as he pulled her closer to him. "You're feeling alright?" he asked in concern but none of his eyes is open yet.

"Just headache- um, did I say anything out of boundaries maybe last night?"

Ric was just silent and just gave her a peck on her shoulder. "Not really, no," he said. "Why?"

"I don't know. It's just, we were not as close as this before, you know, with the divorce papers and some stuff- d'you know what I mean?"

Alaric took some time to process before he just sat down and stayed on that position, just looking at her. "Um... yeah, I guess you're right. I'm sorry, I should've-"

"No, um. I'm sorry, the alcohol must've made me, you know, show you another part of me like um... seducing you?" Diana said as she mentally punching her brain. This has become more awkward than it has been before. Seducing him? They did not even do anything last night! Wait, maybe they did?

He scoffed, "yeah, even if you do, I doubt you'll succeed."

Diana just shrugged it off, her head's too hurt to even trying to argue with him. "Meh, just saying, if I actually try, I will." Diana walked to the balcony, passing him. "Just ask Mitchell." Diana always comes to him whenever she has any question about Alaric and well, boys, back when she and Alaric were dating and their first year of marriage. She really tried to win him from Miranda that first year of marriage, but he never really been at home most of the time, so, she busied herself with work and books.

Mitchell has always been both her older and younger brother as Diana herself spent her time alone growing up. She's the only child from a single mother- her father died when she was 5 from a misled gunshot. He was a psychiatrist and he was unfortunate when he's trying to stop his patient from killing herself.

"You're saying you've slept with my best friend? Is that why he's eager to finish this divorce case?" He followed Diana immediately. "Here I thought cheating with someone that has no relation with you was bad enough, and you SCREWED my best friend-"

"Oh my Lord, you talk too much! Is this why you're dating a model? 'Cause her work doesn't involve talking?"

"What? No. But you're much worse you know! Sleeping with my best friend-"

"Sod off, honestly," Diana said as she went straight out of the room towards the kitchen downstairs to make some breakfast. She reckons no one's up already so might as well just make some breakfast for everyone just to shut that boy's mouth.

Just as she thought, no one's up and Alaric didn't follow her downstairs. It's 7 a.m. so she might have about 2 hours until everybody's up. She managed to make a complete set of full English Breakfast for 7 people.

One by one, everyone started to gather round and took their own portion. They started talking about how good Diana's cooking is and how lucky Alaric is. Meredith even asked if there's Diana's best recipe. Truthfully, this was the first time he ever tried her cooking as he always chooses Rita's food over his own wife's. Surprisingly, he loves them. "Her Paella," he said because he remembers that whenever both of them are home and it's night already, she always got caught cooking Paella that smells really good.

Alaric could see the shock on Diana's face. He knows she didn't think he ever paid attention to that. Olivia agreed with him which made her a little bit excited. She doesn't know how he knows, but it certainly shocking."
