you'd spent the majority of the past few weeks in george's company, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else. you felt excitement, electricity and endearment when you were with him - you adored him, wholeheartedly.
"(y/n), can we talk?"
the past few hours, you and george had been sat in comfortable silence while the jurassic park trilogy played on the tv in your bedroom.
"of course."
"well, i just wanted to tell you - and don't freak out - but i think you're the one.. for me. i've felt it since that day on the train, day one."
you looked at george, tears in your eyes. a smile was forming on your face as you processed what he'd just said to you.
"that's such a relief.."
"oh?"
"g, you're my one too."
"yeah?"
an excitement was traced in his voice, he was so relieved by your mutual feeling.
"yeah, obviously."
