I spent first period in the school toilet , weeping and reflecting on my life. Mostly weeping but you know.

I looked at my watch, ''Shit I'm gonna get detention for skipping first period ugh.''
I dragged my feet out of the bathroom stall and tried to clean myself up to look presentable.

Key word: tried

I looked like a puffer fish that had just gotten eaten but then it was vomited out again. My makeup was smeared all over my face. I splashed more water on my face hoping it would help but nothing worked so I gave up, guess I'm going to have to look like a zombie walking through the hall.
Fun.
Really fun.

I took a step out of the toilet and was immediately attacked by someone.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ROSE!"
I was being bear hugged by Jason, my other bestfriend. He was adopted and you will never guess who his brother was. It was none other than the one and only...
TYLER KINGS.

Jason was the last person I wanted to meet at a moment like this. Like what am I supposed to do, tell him "oh yea btw your brother just cheated on me with a slut, and I'm really not fine right now but how is your day going ?"

"Oh uhm..hi Jay?" I tried my best hide my face with my hair but since it was in a ponytail that plan immediately failed.

"OMG WHAT HAPPENED ROSE WHY IS YOUR FACE SO RED AND PUFFY. WHO THE HELL DID THIS TO YOU IM GONNA KILL THEM. THAT GIRL BETTER WATCH OUT FOR HER BOYFRIEND BECAUSE IM COMING FOR HIM." did I forget to mention that he was gay?

"Jay! Keep it down I don't really want so much attention right now!" I hit his arm signalling for him to shut up. He seemed taken aback by my harsh words but kept quiet anyways. I sighed. Maybe i was a little too insensitive. Jay is my best friend after all.
"Look, i'm sorry. It's just that life has been a roller coaster for me lately, I just want it to be peaceful for once. I'll explain later. Lets just head to math."

Jason eyed me suspiciously and slowly nodded his head. On the way to class he tried cheering me up by telling me countless amounts of jokes but all I could do was chuckle. I felt really bad for not actually enjoying them but who can blame me, I just caught my boyfriend of 2 years cheating on me.

Lol I'm sad cuz the main writer is mad at me cuz I was rlly rude to her and told her to write the Bk herself so I won't have to contribute ideas that might contradict her ideas . Anyways let's continue~

"Ms Gold , may I ask why were you not present for English this morning? I received a complaint from Mdm Joanna, saying that she saw you in the morning getting out of the school bus but yet didn't turn up for class. An explanation would be greatly appreciated." My math teacher, Mrs Suzanne questioned me while giving me a death glare. Looks like there's no way i'm getting out of this.

"Period cramps, sorry miss." I faked a excuse, trying my  best to slip away into my seat.
"Where do you think you are going missus, you said the exact same thing last week. get back here right now, detention is where you will be going!"

I rolled my eyes and got up from my seat to receive my slip. She is really starting to get on my nerves.
The lesson continued as usual with Mrs Suzanne spewing out boring crap from her mouth that no one bothered to listen to. Math was incredibly boring, I yawned, resting my head on my books while listening to Mrs Suzanne go on and on about whatever she was teaching.

Then, a husky yet deep voice woke me up.
"Detention sounds like fun, can i join?" No way. Could it be?

The whole class turned their head to face none other than my gorgeous neighbour, who was staring right at me and winked, saying "You seem fun as well, see you at detention muffin ." He walked out of class casually as if nothing had happened, leaving the whole class in shock, including me. My jaw dropped.

What the hell just happened.

"OMG DID YOU SEE THAT GUY, HE WAS LIKE , SO , SO HOT" Jason fanboyed enthusiastically in my ear after math.

"HE CALLED U MUFFIN , CAN U IMAGINE HIM EATING YOUR MUFFIN OUT ROSE"
"JASON STOP IT!"

I blushed immediately, Jason and his dirty thoughts will be the death of me.

"How do you know him anyways? And how the hell did no one notice that hot sizzling snack in the corner of the room?" Jason asked , puzzled.

"Well I did cause a bit of a ruckus at the of the lesson with Mrs Suzanne and he was sitting in a dark corner of the classroom so I guess no one noticed him until he spoke up." I shrugged my shoulder , thinking of reasons why we didn't see him.

"Ya maybe but how about my other question, how do you know him?"

"Well we are neighbours , he moved in last Friday and I gave him cookies in the morning also he caught me fighting with-" I stopped my sentence halfway , not wanting to remember the horrible scene.

"Fighting with who Rose" we stopped in our tracks with Jason facing me staring me dead in my eyes .
"It's nothing ."
"Rosalynn."
"Look, " I hesitated , if I do this I could be destroying a good sibling relationship . Freak it Tyler destroyed ours anyways
"I broke up with Tyler."
"WHAT"
"CALM DOWN ! LET ME EXPLAIN"
"IS THAT WHY YOU WERE CRYING?!"
"SHUT UP JAY LET ME TALK!"
I explained everything that had happened earlier that day, by the time I was finished , Jason was fuming.

"THAT LITTLE- , I CANT BELIEVE HIM , I PUT SO MUCH EFFORT IN GETTING YOU GUYS TOGETHER AND HE DOES THIS?" Jason was furious.

Guess Tyler won't be able to get out of this problem he caused .
