pt. 2
i was laying on my bed, honestly dozing off again when i heard knocking on my door.
i crawled off my bed and shouted, "coming!"
i moved towards the door and unlocked it, opening it slightly to find chan standing behind it.
i scrunched my eyebrows in confusion, "arent recreational hours over?"
"exactly, let me in."
i opened the door further for him to enter and after he came in, i closed it.
"what if we get in trouble?" i said whilst playing with my sleeves.
"how would anyone know?" he told me.
i thought that over, he did have a good point.
"wont they hear us?"
"not if we're quiet and conveniently, we are both whispering right now." he laughed.
i smiled and watched him cross over to my bed and lay down on it.
"your bed is comfy." he told me.
i laughed, crawling onto the free space next to him.
"is yours not?"
"it is but... my room doesnt have jeongin in it." he said while looking up at me.
"is that a complete deal breaker?" i smiled.
"absolutely." he told me leaning up, "otherwise who would i show this to?"
i tilted my head in confusion and watched him fish something out of his sweater.
when my eyes focused on the no longer moving object, i gasped.
"you did it!" i shouted.
forgetting we were both supposed to be quiet, i slapped my hands over my mouth and looked around.
"oh my god, im sorry." i whispered.
he laughed, "its okay! i told you i'd get gold."
"i didnt doubt you for a second but holy heck! how'd you even perform that well after whatever happened?"
he thought it over, "i knew i wanted to make a certain someone proud and hopefully not as stressed so that became my motivation."
i smiled wide, "holy heck, i could hug you right now."
he looked towards me, "then why dont you?"
still sporting my smile, i leaned down and wrapped my arms around his neck.
to which he rolled us around on the sheets and i laughed every time.
he let me go and he smiled, now on the side where he previously was.
