Yoongi didn't speak.
He refused to do so.
When Hoseok had asked him to copy his homework again, Yoongi just stared at him with a pained expression and shook his head to deny Hoseok's wishes.
Hoseok had two more scars by now, both situated in the same place as the others.
Yoongi is stronger than most people, yes, but he can't be strong forever.
He hadn't known that it would be his soulmates fault for him to grow weak.
Yoongi couldn't help but break as he was told his own soulmate wanted nothing to do with him.
It hurt.
It really did.
Yoongi had been waiting his whole life for his soulmate, and he wasn't even wanted by the guy he was connected to.
Heartbreak is an endless thing, and Yoongi knew that.
Every day, he would end up accidentally leaving a scar on Hoseok because his heart was torn out and shattered.
Yoongi only got scars from Hoseok trying to get with other people.
He never got a soulmate scar.
He got the side character scars.
The scars that were only inflicted by someone other than your soulmate.
That somehow made Yoongi feel even worse.
Hoseok was getting rejected because they weren't his soulmate.
Hoseok couldn't date anyone except from him and Yoongi wasn't good enough.
Yoongi would never be good enough.
No matter how hard he could try, Hoseok would never want him.
Yoongi couldn't give Hoseok what he needed.
He couldn't give Hoseok any reason to love him, after all, you have to love yourself to get someone else to love you.
And Yoongi hates himself.
He hates every inch of his being.
He hates his weight, he hates his skin colour, he hates his eye shape and he hates his body figure.
His hips were wide, his thighs way too full, and his height was below the average for a 17 year old male.
Yoongi has been told he looks too feminine, and Yoongi can't help it; but he hated that everyone mentioned it.
He hates everything about himself.
He isn't surprised that Hoseok doesn't want him.
He wouldn't want himself either.
