•It takes a lot to drag Ranpo out on a date with you, as he's naturally lazy he doesn't leave the house a lot. It's not that he doesn't love you, he just never wants to get up and do stuff. You've gotta either bribe him (with sweets or lovin') to get him up and out of the house with you. You also have to choose the destination, and it better be someplace he favors, or he'll get very cranky.

•If something like a seasonal/limited time event is going on (Ex: a festival) is going on, HE'S gonna be the one dragging you out of the house to come with him. He loves going to things like that, and he also sees it as a perfect opportunity to spend time with you. He's like a little kid as he holds your hand around the whole lot, pointing and shouting at various foods and stands that he wants to try with you.

•Ranpo craves attention AND affection. He's the very touchy type, he loves feeling you and holding onto you, he tries to grab your hand as much as he possibly can. He also may not look like it but he loves cuddling with you. The sense of intimacy and the feeling that someone actually loves him this much makes him feel so unbelievably happy and cared for, he's constantly touching you for that sense of reassurance.

•He gets very whiny and upset if you're ignoring him. He just wants to embrace you dammit. After a long day of neglect, he demands for you to sit on his lap so he can wrap his arms around you and smother you with kisses.

•Ranpo likes when you interact with his hair. Wash it, pet it, stroke it, anything involving his hair with your hands leaves him in a melting puddle. Granted, when you cuddle, he strokes your hair ever so gently, (in hopes that you get the idea and touch his' as well) . If you pamper him like the king he so believes he is, he gets very clingy, so you better be prepared for the sheer amount of kisses and embraces he's gonna throw onto you.

•Obviously, Ranpo is a huge sucker for compliments and therefore he's always telling you about the new things he's done during the day and accomplished. "Wow, Ranpo-san, that's amazing!", is all you have to say for him to crack the most genuine, proud smile and boost his ego by like tenfold. He loves when you're supportive of him, he eats that shit up and is sure to give you lots of kisses and (some) of his candy later.

•When a new candy shop opens up, you and Ranpo are the first to stop by, and he'll practically buy the whole store as he wanders around like an ecstatic young child in the toy store. "Wow they don't have these at ——-" "Oh they still sell these??" "Ahah! These are the best, I haven't had—-", on and on as he blubbers about basically every single piece of candy in the store. He usually shares some of his loot with you, as he wants you to try them out and get your opinion on them, but very rarely will he buy something for you.

•That being said, Ranpo probably doesn't spend much money on you, but on things like your birthday or Christmas, he'll give you a little trinket but he'll also definitely latch himself on you for the day as he considers himself the best present.
