I was gently rocking Lillian in my arms to get her to go to sleep. As she was still only a few months old, Lillian hadn't said her first word yet. Lillian had green eyes and a tuft of red hair, she looked just like me and didn't resemble Ron almost at all.

America was a dangerous place with murders and villains being an everyday occurrence. I had been training myself in wandless magic as I had decided to help with protecting the innocent. Thankfully, I was a certified healer due to my St Mungos studies. So, I could heal injuries on myself and other people.

Just before night time, I called in Luna to babysit Lillian. After that, I dressed in black skin tight hooded outfit with dragon hide fingerless gloves, boots and pants. I spelled it so that the shadow of the hood only showed glowing killing curse green eyes and my long midnight blue hair. Then I was off in New York, patrolling and saving lives of innocent people.

Around midnight I saw a group of what seemed like terrorists that were planting a bomb on the side of Stark Tower. I landed next to the men and said, "Hello boys~!" The men looked at me in bewilderment and flinched upon seeing my eyes. "What's a girlie like you doing alone at night? Go back to selling your pretty body." The man who seemed to be the leader said.

"Well you see, I am the Midnight Sorceress and I'm supposed to capture brutes like you.. Let's see there are twenty of you and one of me, oh what's a poor girl to do~?" I asked dramatically. The men aimed high-tech guns at me and I smirked. "Come at me boys~." I said with a sing-song voice.

They started shooting at me to which I responded with multiple protective spells and hexes. I managed to knock out most of them when more men appeared to the scene. Cursing my luck, I started knocking off the men more fiercely.

When I had knocked out all of the men I dismantled the bomb and heard the police and pres arriving. "FREEZE!" One of the police yelled, pointing a gun at me. "So this is my price for knocking out men who were trying to destroy the Stark tower!" I said loudly. "Hands up!" Another police yelled. "How about... No." I said and with the wave of my hand apprated farther away to on top of a wall. "If you ever need help, I am here." I told them. "Who are you?!" A reporter asked. "I am the Midnight Sorceress!" I told them and apprated to my balcony.

I went into my bedroom and magically changed my outfit to my light green nightgown. Seeing Lillian asleep in her crib, I walked out and went to the guest bedroom where I saw Luna asleep on the bed. I tucked Luna in and went to get a snack.

The next day, when Luna had already apprated to England. I found a red haired woman from my kitchen, holding my daughter in her arms. "Who are you and why are you holding Lillian?" I asked. "Agent Natasha Romanoff from SHIELD, your blonde friend entrusted me to watch your daughter." Romanoff said. "And what exactly made her trust you?" I asked. "She said something about nargles telling her." Romanoff said with a blank expression. "I see.. That is normal for Luna." I sighed.

"Why is this 'SHIELD' interested in me?" I asked with narrowed eyes. "Well, Lady Potter-Black, you are the Midnight Sorceress, the latest upcoming superhero." Romanoff said with a persuasive tone. "SHIELD wants you to help them with the god named Loki." She said. "Honestly, do I even have a choice? And what about my daughter?" I asked. "Call in someone to watch her and when they arrive, we leave." Romanoff stated. "Alright." I said and called in Neville to watch Lillian for a while.

When Neville arrived, I dressed in my Midnight Sorceress outfit and went with Romanoff. I just hope I won't miss my daughter's first words because of this...
