Charley sighed as she sat in the flat and looked to the letter that she got off of Simons lawyer and frowned. She was annoyed over everything that he had done and how he was trying to take Scarlett. She was annoyed over how he had ruined their family by cheating on her. She looked to Scarlett and smiled "don't you worry baby. Mummy will sort it"  Charley said as she heard a knock at the door. She stood up and sighed as she looked to see Simon and glared "what the hell do you want. Don't you think that you have done enough and now you are trying to taking my baby from me, you are the one who did this to us. You cheated on me and yet you are still punishing me for it, what's the plan Simon take her and lily and go and play happy families with sue" she asked as he looked to her and sighed "I don't want sue, I want you" He said

Charley looked to him and rolled her eyes "oh please" she said as he looked to her and sighed "I do I made a mistake and I want my baby back. Max has already slammed the door in my face and i couldn't bare it if I lost you, your my world and Scarlett and lily. I love you more than anything" he said as he placed a hand on her cheek. She looked to him for a moment before she pulled away from him and glared "no, I said no. You are not taking Scarlett and I swear that if you try that I will fight you, and I will make sure that you do not get your hands on my daughter. Stay the hell away from me" she spat as she slammed the door and walked off. She grabbed her phone and sighed as she rang grace "we need to talk grace" Charley said

Charley got to graces and smiled as she looked to lily as she sat playing. Charley looked to grace and max and sighed "we have a problem and that happens to be my ex boyfriend, he wants to talk Lily and Scarlett and I think I thought of a way for you to keep lily. You haven't got Simon on the birth certificate so it involves max adopting her, if your up for it. That way she is officially max and your little girl" Charley said as grace looked to her and frowned "you would do that to Simon" "he broke my heart so he has to pay" Charley said

Charley sighed to herself as she got home and saw Simon "we need to talk"  he said "go to hell" she said as he followed her inside "what are you going playing at getting grace to get max adopt lily she is my daughter" "like you care, you care about no one but yourself" she spat as he looked to her "that's not true" he said as they held a look before he leant in and kissed her as she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him close as they kissed passionately. He lead her to the bedroom as he pushed her onto the bed as they stripped off as he pulled her close and pushed into her causing her to moan as he started to move in and out of her
