Prologue

*Ashtons POV*

I feel my eyes flutter oepn as the sunlight shines straight into my eyes. I roll over to see a bush of blonde hair laying beside me, my girlfriend, Tahlia. I roll onto my side and slide my arm over her waist.

"morning, beautiful." i say softly into her ear as i lay a kiss on the back of her neck.

"Good morning Handsome." She looked up and smiled at me warmly.

I went to kiss her on the lips, before her petite, delicate hand touched my mouth instead of her warm, plump lips. I pouted.

"Morning breath." She giggled as I stood up and rushed to the bathroom to brush my teeth, Thalia wasn't far behind me.

After brushing our teeth, I smashed my lips to hers, causing her to giggle into the kissed.

Thalia and I met in last year at a Paramore concert, and she doesn't know this year, but for our one year anniversary, I'm taking her to another Paramore concert. It just so happens to be in the same month as we had actually met, so it works out great.

A lot of people don't know this about me, but I'm actually a pretty romantic person if I do say so myself.

I walked downstairs. Thalia decided to get changed, and I knew she'd be a while, I mean she is a girl after all. I started to make her favourite breakfast. Pancakes. She literally could eat pancake after pancake. I think it's pretty cute actually.

By the time she had come downstairs, I had made ten pancakes. Five for her and five for me. They were stacked up on two plates. Thalia gasped as she walked into the kitchen, and placed a soft kiss on my lips.

"Thank you so much baby!" She squealed. I giggled at her reaction. She's just too cute.

"Happy anniversary babe." I handed her an envelope. She looked at it, quirking up an eyebrow.

She carefully opened up the envelope, and screamed. She actually screamed. I hope that it's a scream of excitement, as inside the envelope was an anniversary card, and the two tickets to the Paramore concert. She had a toothy grin, stretching from ear to ear.

"Thank you so much Ashy!" She put the anniversary card in the bin alongside the envelope, not even reading it. This caused my heart to drop, but oh well.

Thalia ran upstairs and I could hear her on the phone to her best friend, savannah.

She hadn't spoken to me in a few hours, and I was time to leave.

"Thalia, it's time to go!" I shouted up the stairs or my apartment. Not too long later, Thalia ran downstairs in black high heels, a low cut belly top, and a short skirt.

I tell you now, Thalia never used to act or dress like this. I don't know what caused her to Change, but I think it was that slutty friend of hers, Savannah.

I sighed when she grabbed my hand, and pulled me towards my car.
