6. Don't tell em, Pt. 3

There is 2 flashbacks in this chapter and that's it for 'don't tell em'. I can't wait till I'm done writing this story and I'm so happy that this book is almost at 200 reads😖🥰. Also I might just post only 1 chapter every time I update becuz I hate that I'm not updating this book as frequent as I used to.

Author's POV

"May all 9-10 grade classes please report to the school auditorium for a very important announcement, get there as fast as you can without interrupting the 11-12 grade classes." The principal said over the loudspeaker, expecting the classes to be there as soon as possible(being tired from dealing with her delinquent students).

As I, the author, knew would happen the classes took about half an hour to get into the huge space and settle down in their seated rows.

"Since your all settled down and I have your undivided attention(I just cringed, tf am I writing), I'll have to say that many of you and you know who you are don't care for your grades or this school altogether." She, the principal, said looking at Hongjoong and a lot of other students who were known for doing the following. "Me and the head of schools decided that we won't be grading you on your academics-" this received a ton of yells of yes, finally, and I knew it's." I know your all excited and heard the rumors but you have to keep in mind that you still have classes based off this new system-" this was followed by a few grunts and moans of disapproval"-for example you will have a class that teaches you about how to do your makeup and growing your social media following. I almost forgot to mention that you will still have gym class since the head was persistent on keeping it."

Most students didn't know how to react and conversed with friends, hoping to at least get something good out of still having gym, while some smiled and cheered others frowned and sighed.

Mingi's POV

Of course we all knew this would happen but it's a little hard to think about really. It makes me think all the homework I did, the tests I studied for were all for fucking nothing which makes me a little sad and show off a not-so-big frown but still he noticed it.

"Hey, what's the matter, you okay?" Joong surprisingly asks, making me shakes my head no. I know he isn't stupid so he keeps pressing onto the topic behind my frown and I just roll my eyes ignoring him, and he soon stops his nagging.

A Month L8tr, the school is now using the popularity system...

Hongjoong's POV

I've got a plan, well it's more like a thought really that I've been thinking up for a while now.

Ever since I heard the rumor I've been wanting to think up something that will make me fail the fairly easy system. I thought of getting a bad rumor spread about myself would for sure make me fail the rest of the school year. My plan is to get Mingi or one of his friends, Haknyeon or Lucas to start it, but I know I'm most likely going to tell Mingi to do the deed, he'll understand fully and won't question me as much.

Author's POV

That's exactly what happened. Hongjoong told Mingi the idea and he wasn't agreeing to it at first because he didn't want this acquaintance of his to be hated so much but he knew that Joong wasn't going to take no for an answer so he did it.

Hongjoong leaked his nudes...

Tbh idk if this is a good enough chapter or rumor but it's something ig. I would explain some stuff but I'm afraid that I'll spoil the book. This is unedited btw so there were most likely some grammar or spelling errors.
