A New Infinity

Chapter 8

Eliana's P.O.V.

I sit there reading a magazine when a nurse with 2 kids attached to her come out of the back door. I look closely and see that one of the children is Hazel, my new daughter.

I get up from the leather seat and she glares at me and Damon, who is still sitting but glaring at Hazel like me. She walks up to me as I kneel down to her level as I put my hand out for her to grab. She hesitates to grab my hand at first then she shivers when her hand touches.

She smiles, "hi Eliana!"

I frown upon the name, "you can call me mom!"

"Ok, can I call him dad?" she asks pointing to Damon. Damon nods and puts a bigger smile on his face. The other girl that came with the nurse taps on Hazels shoulder and hugs her. They wave their goodbyes and Damon finally gets out of his seat and she grabs my hand then Damon's.

As we walk to the car, she inhales at the sight of our baby blue Lamborghini. I smile as I open the door for her and get in the passenger seat. The ride home was quiet.

When we got home she gasped at the sight of the balloons and cake, still the same as earlier.

I laugh, "this is your new home! Want to go see your room? Then we can eat!"

"Yeah!" she says excitedly.

We walk up the stairs and she keeps a surprised look on her face. Then when we get to her door she puts the biggest smile on.

"Here you go!" I say as she gasps at her first look at it, tears start rolling down her face. "What's wrong, sweetie?"

"I've never had a nice family, or have ever... had my own room." she says wiping away the tears.

"Well, now you do!" I say hugging her.

After eating and Stephan meeting Hazel, Caroline comes over and meets Hazel, they talk and talk.

I then call Edward to ask if Bella wants to meet Hazel, he says that he will be right over, so that that they can play. After 5 minutes Edward shows up at my door, "Hello!"

"Hi Edward!" I say smiling down at Bella as Hazels slowly lets go of my hand, "Hazel this is Bella, want to go show Bella your room?" Hazel walks off with Bella.
