Hey guys, it's Kitsune Knight here and as you all can see, we're setting this story up as well! But just as a heads up, this is only a teaser chapter, namely because Chrobin isn't over yet. But this one may have two teaser chapters, so you may look forward to that, but regardless, I hope you all enjoy this!

It was just an average day in Ylisse, or I guess it would be if I wasn't trying to stop some Plegian Dark Mage from trying to combine a Pegasus with some girl. Though it could be worse, I may not have gotten my horse yet like all the other guys in my family had. But I will soon, and that doesn't mean I'm gonna let someone hurt anyone else while I can help it!
You see, I came from a prestigious line of knights, or at least that's what the guys in my family are, the girls are all fantastic Pegasus knights so I know what path I have to take. I'm going to carry my family's honor and help protect Ylisse as my father and mother before me...and as they're still doing to this day.
As I started moving towards an abandoned fort where I heard this Plegian was with the two of his prisoners. And I did have my family's heirloom Lance as well, hopefully they won't mind it being sullied with blood though. I then glanced down at the weapon in my hands.

Gugencia, a lance that's supposedly able to beat anyone who faces it's wielder. A lance that can supposedly return to it's wielder when thrown but... I don't think I want to test that out. I mean it is my only weapon after all.
I took a deep breath as I stood in front of the fort, holding the lance in my hands before walking into the fort. It was dimly lit and I could smell rot and waste towards the edges of the place. But the line of lot candles did seem to lead somewhere, so might as well follow it. Hopefully it leads me to where I want to go.
After a few moments, I started to hear some girl crying out, and a Pegasus letting out some heavily stressed out whine. A few moments later, I heard someone laughing a little before they started to speak then. Well at least I know that they were kicked out of Plegia for their extreme practices...
???:"Oh shush you two, I'll be combining you two to be my newest creation!"
Girl:"Please, Gods no! Let me go, I'll do anything!" I then heard the Pegasus let out a cry, I have to hurry before it's too late! I can't let this happen, I have to stop this guy!
I then rushed forward and saw that girl in a cage as well as a Pegasus there, chained to a wall. The Plegian man turned towards me as I guessed he heard my footsteps approach. He was wearing his robes and had his face hidden with them, and in his hand was a book.
???:"Oh, well who do we have here? Mister hero?"
(Y/N):"Let them go! Otherwise I'll make sure you regret this."
???:"Oh? Already making threats, are you? And you haven't even introduced yourself, so childish." I heard him chuckle a little bit then.
(Y/N):"Oh come on, we both know here that your going to hurt these two!"
