Bloody Daisy

Chapter 2

Daisy's Pov

I wake up and i feel something warm behind me, i feel a hand on my side and remembered Sam stayed the night. I turn around facing her watching her sleeping peacefully. I cuddle my head in closer to her heart and wrap my arms around her enjoying this moment while i slowly fall back to sleep.

As i awake again i realize that she had already gotten up. I sit up rubbing my eyes looking around, Sam walks into the room while drying her hair.

"Goodmorning Sleepyhead!" she says,
"Goodmorning!l i say with a yawn.

She puts the towel on my bed post and sits next to me looking me in the eyes. I feel my cheeks brighten and i decided to look away.

"ha you still can't hold eye contact?" she laughs,
"N-no" i stammer out blushing harder.

She laughs and looks me in the eyes smiling. I smile back and get up grabbing her hand leading her downstairs for breakfast. There's another note from my dad. "Hey sweetie! I have to go out for a business trip for about a week! I made sure to go grocery shopping so you don't have to worry about food!"

I inform Sam about the situation and decided to invite her to stay the entire week. She laughs and tells me she would have to ask her mom. As i fix us up some toast i wonder to myself if she had seen or felt me snuggling into her. I blush at the thought of that and hope i wasn't doing anything weird like talking in my sleep. Once i finish the toast we sit on the couch laughing and talking about random things.

It's gets dark and she asks her mom if she could stay the night. Her mom not wanting me to be alone for so long tells Sam she can stay until my dad comes back. I'm happy to hear the news and i let her take a shower first.

Once she leaves i start coughing, almost violently and i can't breathe. I feel like somethings choking me, like somethings growing in my lungs, My eyes start watering and i can feel something solid coming up. I see splatters of blood and daisy's on my hand. I run to the kitchen, grabbing a hand towel and running it under some water and quickly wiping the blood away.

I hear the shower turn off and hurry up stairs to get my pajamas and such. Once she comes out she lays in bed waiting for me. I hurry and finish my shower quickly not wanting her to wait for long. When i finish i hurriedly put everything away and lay down next to her. She had already fallen asleep and i ran my fingers through her short hair. I smiled and cuddled closer to her. I let the darkness take me for a ride in dreamland.

As i open my eyes i realize i'm at school. I look around and see my friends all around me. I stand up to go to the bathroom and feel someone behind me, I look behind me and it's Sam! Something looks off though, her face is melting into petals and blood. The room starts filling up and i can feel myself suffocating there's no air, and i can feel tears stinging my eyes. The entire room is slowly turning black and everyone around me is melting into a puddle of blood and daisy. I don't know what's going on. I fall onto the floor crying.

As my eyes shoot open i can feel tears falling down my face. I check the clock, it's midnight. I run to the bathroom and wash my face. I start coughing again and i'm surprised she never came in. As i go back to lay down i can feel her shivering. When i lay next to her she stops and pulls me closer putting her arm over me. I smile and fall back to sleep.
