A freaking sport car!!

Chapter 12

"Hey." I begin...
Begin my own death,why do I listen to that girl.
"Uhm hi" he says without sparing me a glance once, he looks really weird,like he just saw a ghost.
Regretting my decision of being honest I try thinking of something or anything to say...shit ,I have nothing.

"Madison,I'm sorry about last night." He finally breaks the silence.
"I should have never done what I did.
And you were right."
As if he can sense my confusion he then says "About it being a mistake,I don't know what got into me...I'll be sure to keep my distance." Before I can even stop him he gets in the class.

What just happened...I don't like this feeling at all.
I fix myself then decide to just get over this because I need to learn right now,not beat myself up over a guy.

I get in the class focusing my attention on the only empty chair in the room and make my way there.
I sit down and take out my note book and try to listen but end up dozing off.

Jason just told me that our kiss was a mistake...well I guess it was right.

Wrong!!.

I shake my head to get rid of that annoying voice.
I hate how much it's always right.
And I hate how much I have hope in things.
I'll get over this,I'm use to pain now.
Actually I'm immune to pain now.
Jason you must think this is a joke but the only person that will be laughing is me ,after you see how much your stupid little game didn't affect me at all.

Deciding to put everything behind me I look at him one more time and I'm shocked when his expression is as blank as a paper with no words.
He doesn't even look my way once as his attention is on the board filled with words.
Have I just been played.

"Ohh and remember to do your homework, you all know I don't like checking homework but it's good exercise for you." Mr Brown informs us before the bell rings signaling lunch.

Finally!...I need to get out of this class-I love history but I just can't stand the fact that Jason is in this class.
I think everything about him annoys me at this point.
Well done Jason ,you're on my bad side now.

I don't even wait for Emily as I speed walk out of the class and head straight for the lockers.
It's still empty so I walk without bumping anyone...people are probably still having conversations and packing their books and this gives me time to get my lunch and find an empty table.

"Hey! What's got into you?!" I hear Emily yell behind me.
She looks tired as her hands are resting on her knees and it looks like she's trying to catch her breath.
"What are you talking about?" I ask while scratching my neck.
She squints her eyes and walks slowly to me until her breath is literally fanning my face.
"Why the hell did you just vampire out of that class,you literally ran to the lockers." She says looking almost angry.
"Vampire?" I ask her with a confused expression.
"Yeah,well you just disappeared out of the class...and I guess only vampires can run that fast."

I sigh and roll my eyes while taking my lunch out of the locker. " You're just exaggerating." I slam the locker door while making my way to the cafeteria.
"Wait up!" I hear Emily yelling and closing her own locker door.
"You know what, I'm not even going to ask why you did that whole vampire stunt because you're weird and weird people are not to be questioned." Emily says with a goofy smile.

I laugh at her ridiculous statement." Whatever."
As we approach an empty table we both sit down and begin eating our food.
I have cookies today and I'm praying to God Jack comes after I finish these yumss.

I take one bite and melt from the deliciousness in these cookies.
"Yumm cookies!" A hand grabs one of my cookies from my lunchbox and as soon as I look up to see who is the cookie thief...it's none other than "Jack!" I say with a face that says 'you will die today'
"Sonny." He greets and places a soft kiss on my cheeck...worse part is, he doesn't even look sorry for what he just did.
He then moves to Emily and plants a kiss on her pale cheecks.
"Emily." He greets her while sounding like a gentleman.

"Hey Jacky." She greets back with a smile.
"Why do you never take my lunch." Emily asks Jack as he takes a seat next to her ,opposite me.
"Because." He puts his arm over her shoulder "I don't eat leaves."
"Hey." She puches him and I laugh at what Jack said.
"It's healthy for you." She adds.

After a few minutes of eating our lunch and Jack stealing my cookies,we went back to class and decided that afterschool we will chill at Jacks place.
I didn't mind because one,Jack is rich and I mean he lives in a dreamhouse,why not.
Secondly I can't wait to see what he has for us-he's been talking about this surprise so I can't wait to see it.

Bad news is I still have a few more classes to go to,therefore I have to tolerate seeing Jason.
Yeahh great-sarcasm!!

"This has to be a prank!" Emily says exactly what I was thinking.
She has her hands over her mouth and her eyes wide open in shock and me on the other side- well I guess I'm doing exactly the same.

Why,you may ask...well Jack thought it would be a good idea to get us a freaking sport car-yeah that was the suprise,definitely surprised me!!
"But-how?why?" I ask Jack ,still shocked.
"Well I thought we might need something cool to get us to places-Em's small car is getting a bit boring and!" He says emphasizing on the and " I just wanted to spoil my best friends."

We both suprise Jack by jumping on him and hugging him.
"You're the best."
"Honestly." I add on to Emily's statement.
"Calm down ladies." He says with a chuckle. "How about we go inside and watch Netflix,then tomorrow we can test drive our beautiful car." Jack suggests.
"We love you." Em and I say in unison.

"I know." Jack says while acting like the most wanted celebrity.
"I'm starving...so I think we can head in now." Jack leads the way as me and Em are still jumping up and down behind him.

Once we are inside we all head to Jack's room...
While Emily and I look for a nice movie on Netflix ,Jack orders pizza for us and after that we watch the movie for about a while until the pizza guy arrives.
I didn't notice how hungry I was until I eat the third slice of pizza and still not getting full.

"Guys I have to go,my mom needs me." Emily takes our attention from the movie to her.
"Is everything okay?" I ask.
"Yeah,she probably wants me to coock or something,don't stress." She assures me.
"Okay,well see you tomorrow." I give her a hug while sitting down then she gives Jack a hug then exits the room.

After Emily left I gave my full attention to the movie we were watching.
I didn't even notice the movie was finished until I felt Jack poking me.
"What!"I asked the boy sitting next to me who was currently acting like a five year old.
"Are you gonna change that?" He asks.
"Ohh yeah." I pick up the remote and look for something else to watch.
Jack and I both decide on watching Hunger games - guess we both can't get over that movie.

We are sitting on the floor and our backs are leaning on Jacks bed.
As the movie plays on I feel my eyes getting heavy and after a while I find comfort on Jack's shoulder and my eyes no longer see light but see darkness.
I guess that's the story of how I fell asleep at Jack's place and got myself in loads of shit with my mom,because I didn't tell her where I was and I didn't even send her a text.
So I understand why I'm grounded.

This chapter was boring,but the following chapters are definitely going to be very interesting...
