Dear Diary,
I wasn't able to write yesterday because I was with my granny for so long, and then I had to go to bed early because I had a long test today. But I am really excited to write about what Granny told me when I visited her.
She said she saw the man again! The one that was a janitor on night shift, and was hit on the head that night in the garden. Granny had heard a loud noice in the hallway just before bed the night before, and she went out to check if everything was okay. Then she said it was just the janitor taking out the trash. He said hello to her and she asked him where he had been. He was apparently just working in another part of the home till that night. She asked him about that night she was in the garden, but he said he doesn't recall ever being hit in the head, or even outside that time of night.
Granny told me she was confused and is wondering if she really is going crazy. I told her not to worry, and I would help her figure out if the janitor was lying or maybe had a twin or something playing tricks on the home residents. So I am planning to sneak out this weekend and go stay with Granny so we can keep an eye on Mr. Janitor and the garden where it all happened the first time. I will let you know how it goes. I am not allowed to visit granny till Friday anyway. She said they are scanning her for cats or something. Which if you ask me, means the home nurses are the crazy ones. My granny doesn't have any pets.
Till next time,
Lillian Lloyd
