No one else knew what had happened except for those of us at the funeral. It had been about two months since Anti's death. Jack and I hadn't forgotten, but we were starting to move on, but Midnight continues to cry. We kept the jellyfish on a shelf to keep his memory even more alive. I hadn't told Jack what Anti said. I felt that it was best kept a surprise. Through meditation though, I learned something else I could do with the jellyfish. Midnight wanted to see Anti again in Hell, so I transferred her soul to it. Since a demon can no longer be in control fully while they are an animal, she was free to go to and from the underworld as much as she pleased. If Jack didn't have an extra life anymore, I didn't either. The jellyfish now gave off a faint purple glow. I smiled at what I had done. As I was sitting there admiring my work, Jack came over to me and put his arm around my neck.
"Now everyone's happy." He said while kissing my temple.
"And we're normal again," I said while chuckling.
"That too." He said as he joined in with a small laugh.
"Lunch?" I asked.
"Yes please!" He exclaimed.
"What do you want?" I asked while turning around to face him.
"Burritos?" He asked.
"I can do that," I said.
"Love ya bunches." He said after kissing my lips.
"Love you too," I said.
I made us both burritos and we sat at the table to eat together.
"So..." He began.
"So..." I mocked.
He playfully rolled his eyes.
"Felix invited us to stay with him and Marzia for about a week. Marzia wanted to go shopping with you and other stuff like that. Felix and I were also gonna do a few collabs if we decided to stay. Do you want to?" He asked.
"Of course! I haven't seen them in forever!" I said.
"Sounds good. We can drive over tomorrow morning so you might want to pack later." He said.
"Will do."
