Ink's POV-
Beep-Beep-Beep!
I groaned and roll over at the sound of my bubbly alarm. It flashed disco lights around by dim bedroom. I'm usually not lazy - I'm actually normally energetic, enthusiastic and positive. I honestly don't know why I'm so lazy this morning.

Oh. That's why. Today was the first day of the Academy, a place where you train to protect the world (or anything else you wish). Trust me, I'm excited - the only reason why I'm sort of dreading this day is because I totally hate change. I like my old, colourful, artwork-drowned, homey unit. But now... everything's going to be different. New friends, new learning, new opportunities.

But I guess it's for the best... I drag myself out of bed and drowsily stumble into the bathroom. The cold tiled floors freeze my feet and I widen my eyes in surprise at the sudden temperature change. Hastily I cover my feet with rainbow socks and slip them into fluffy slippers. It's Winter - and very cold in town. Dressing for the weather, I throw on a light blue jumper, trousers, scarf and lastly secure and bobble-head beanie. First impressions are everything when you meet new people.

Hence I brush my teeth, aiming to make them as white as possible. Although this task is close to impossible, because I have a severe sweet tooth and love to eat candy. My favourites are the rainbow-straps.

Speaking of food, my stomach is growling for some waffles, cream and strawberries. It is a common breakfast of mine - well, and dinner. I lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the waffles and spray a ton of whipped-cream on top. Lastly I pop on the strawberries making a love-heart pattern. The aesthetic of the breakfast makes me smile, and not want to eat it. But Ink's gotta consume, and so I start nomming on the food. Delicious.

I had packed the night before. Two pink suitcases stuffed with clothes and other necessities (like drawing supplies) are at my door. Well. This is it. Time to leave. Of course- I'd come back at half-year and semester-end, but that's a long tine away. With a deep breath, I close the door behind me and step into the wild.

Error's POV-
The only reason I'm coming is because my brother said it would be good for me. Geno is the favourite. I wasn't looking forward to this at all. Fresh is, though. He's very social, and will make friends easily. Me- on the other hand, is the opposite. Heavily introverted, quiet, so fiercely out of control emotions and a hard person to get along with. I slam my house door, not bothering to say goodbye to anyone. Except my dog. Lag jumps up at me and I rub him lovingly.

Oh how I wish I could take doggins with me. Sadly I can't. I say goodbye and jump onto the bus before a tear prickles my eye-socket. I sigh and rummage through my backpack in a pointless check. Would I make friends? No. Would I learn anything? No.

Is this worth it?

We'll see.

Ink's Pov
"SALUTATIONS!" Someone screams at me.
I jump half-out of my seat in surprise. "Hello, what's your name-,"

"Blueberry! Or Swap. Most people call me Blue. Well no one calls me Blue, but myself. But it's pretty cool so you can call me Blue, or Blueberry, or Berry-Boi, or pal, friend, you know-," The little energetic bean ranted.

"Oh. Okay... Blue-," I paused, mentally scanning through my options. "Blue."

"Sooo what's your name?" He sat next to me.

"Ink. I don't really have any nicknames, unfortunately..." I stuttered. "But hey, whatever! Do you have hobbies?"

"Uh, YEAH OF COURSE! I like making tacos, puzzles and COLLECTING SCI-FI FIGURES! SQUEEEEEEEE!" Blueberry squealed.

"Oh cool!" I laughed.

"What about you, Ink?" Blue questioned.

"Painting. Drawing. Any kind of visual art, I LOVE." I said passionately.

"Wowie!" He nodded and smiled. "Well, I'm very excited for the academy! The dorms, training, teams, food...
And most importantly, I LOVE THE FIGHTING!"

"HIYA, HIYA, HIIIYYAAAA - OW! SCREECH!" Blue attempted to do jump kicks and bashed his arm against the bus seat. "Ouchie ouchie OUCH!" He wailed, nursing his arm.

I giggled. "What were you saying about the dorms?"

"Oh, each dorm has four people, and those are your teammates. You go on adventures and battles together. To idea is also to develop social skills between your group. But there's still opportunities with others, like lunch and stuff. OHH I CAN'T WAIT!"

Error's POV-
"Social skills?" I muttered under my breath. This handful have of a skeleton was spitting out some scary things.

But the one next to him looked... nice. He was wearing a blue hoodie, and colourful rainbow socks. Yellow blush formed on my cheeks and I clenched my teeth to swat it away. No. This wasn't going to happen.
But part of me hoped we were in the same team.
