A few days have passed and Hayden was privately settling a plan to get Hercules to present to the table of Kings next month after his coronation. King Leopold observed him in the mirror.
"You shouldn't present your plan to the table of kings in the first time you're there unless he is a actual threat to Auradon." King Leopold adviced Hayden as he made his last touch ups.
"I do have something else in mind to present on the first day. The recovery of the buildings on the Isle. It will keep people from the Isle busy and will have plenty rewards for those who assist me." Hayden spoke showing King Leopold his reconstruction plan. "We'll start with businesses as the most popular businesses are owned by the people we'll be less likely to have on our side at first: Gaston, Ursula, queen of hearts, Facilier and Jafar. "
"Solid tatic go on, what about the other villains and how you'll make the non villain people from the Isle not feel left back." King Leopold crossed his arms and Hayden was ready with a smirk on his face.
Hayden hung the project on the wall, "I am planning to take down some unused buildings and build more housing with the resources we can save from the usued buildings so we can save on Auradon's money. Then I'll start the businesses area by refurbishing the market making more accessible for everyone to open their businesses. Villains will get rewards if they hire petty criminals of the Isle. I consider it a win win situation." Hayden smiled proud of his plan and King Leopold nodded impressed. " and creating our own vegetables and farming we'll be able to be self efficient and with the barrier down we'll be able to produce in quantity and quality for our Auradon visitors. The Kingdoms that assist us will be offered an commercial agreement on our land which means we can expand through out the all united kingdoms." Hayden explained the plan so excitedly King Leopold had to slow him down.
"What if the villain merchants don't like the fact it will be easy for other to start their businesses in the Isle?" King Leopold was testing Hayden who grabbed a bunch of papers, "you didn't think about it did you?"
"There we go, the association of Villains plan. So this means the Villains and I will meet occasionally for discussion of plans and opinions. They will have power to propose laws but the final decision will be mine and it still has to be approved by the table of kings. And also Villains get privileges on the commercial side as they can be business partners with other businesses as long is not through corruption or extortion and if they fail me they'll be severely punished like you get to go on a vacation on the titans pit, taken your title of villain or even death. Which I'll love to use if anyone gets to the line of making me have that decision. So I better not have stubborn villains or petty criminals on me." Hayden spoke somehow impressing King leopold.
"If any kingdom of Auradon decides to attack the Isle, how will you protect it?" King Leopold stared at him.
"It's just a draft I made yesterday, so we'll have a recruitment day in the Isle. We have the Pirates which I will hand the highest ranking to Uma as she is a great captain and she got all her hate towards Auradon on the side to protect the Isle like a good ruler does." Hayden explained walking side to side. "The walkers, that will be leaded by Clayton as he was a great army of soldiers and cavalry before he became a ape hunter. The magic users will be leaded by non other that guess who will probably haunt me for the rest of my life but it's my best option."
"Evil queen, you play dirty kid. But she'll love to participate. She did coordinate generals better than I did. King leopold chuckled until they were interrupted by a knock on the door and covered the mirror locking his plan room and headed to the front door.
A guard with the Crest of the 4th Kingdom stood in front of Hayden as Dizzy held a invitation, "Hayden nice to see you. Princess Evie would like to have you on her coronation ceremony tomorrow morning."
