Me Ranting: ( no spoilers, well maybe a little, just a tiny little)This drama was just oof. SO. FREAKING. GOOD. AHHH. It's so hard to get over it. The songs were amazing, but I only got to notice that after watching the drama. The drama was just so good that I never realized how good the songs were! Some songs sounded right for modern dramas, but I didn't even care! It sounded amazing! I'm listening to TEL (The Eternal Love) while writing this XD) The actors are so beautiful/handsome too (in my opinion anyway) I think the only reason why people loved it was because it was so different from other dramas. They put so much sugar on this drama XD. Plus, it wasn't realistic at all. And it was so funny! Also, can someone comment on how it was "low-budget"? I mean I can tell the second season had more money that's for sure, but I really didn't see how the first season was low-budget. (kinda spoiler?:)There were so many kissing scenes that whenever they played one, you wouldn't even be surprised anymore. You would just think awwwww :)))) or omg again Mo Liancheng you perV!!!! I really don't know why I never started this drama earlier when I knew it clearly was there. I just saw The Eternal Love while searching for Eternal Love aka Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and was like ugh this drama keeps popping up go away! And now it's my favorite drama XD. But anyway, if you love comedy, and you're okay with a lot of kissing scenes, then this is for sure the drama for you! Gosh, this drama had more sugar than Love 020. XD

Update: I've already gotten over this drama, sadly. Damn it, Untamed. Now I don't like dramas that are too light anymore. CQL WHY YOU DO THIS TO ME. I go back to this drama thinking that the acting is weird and everything is way too cringe. Very sad. - end of update -

The First Kiss

It was so funny. Mo Lian Cheng just went for it. He was annoyed with this other girl that clearly liked him who he didn't like at all. So he just... SHUT HER UP XDD. He went up to his new wife or consort or whatever you call it. And just poof. Then he talked so smooth. He said something like, "You're my consort/wife/whatever, you should be doing your job." DAMM!!! And Xiao Tan was just like Did you just... OMG I HATE YOU. HOW DARE YOU.  THAT WAS MY FIRST KISS U KNOW. AND YOU JUST TOOK IT AWAY.... THIS ISN"T EVEN MY WORLD AHHH. She even tried to slap him and he blocked it so smoothly XD. 

Heroic Arrow Blocking

Ahhh. This was so... idk how to describe. So there was a little trap set up for Xiao Tan. Of course, she's dumb so she went into it. Mo Lian Cheng was there too. There was an ambush thingy there set up to kill Xiao Tan because she was getting in the way of someone else's love life (smh). But instead, Mo Lian Cheng went in front of her and protected her like a... IDK. So heroic!!! Then an arrow came and Mo Lian Cheng saw it. He ran and oOF. I have this weird thing where I just love it when men do heroic scenes in dramas. So of course this was one of my favorite scenes. Was I sad he was injured? NO! XDDD. Well he's obviously gonna be okay since he's the main man duh.

WHAT DID YOU SAY? HMM? FITE ME!

XD. Okay, so no Mo Lian Cheng in this (how sad). Xiao Tan's character is so different from Qu Tan'er it's funny. Everyone who knew Qu Tan'er thought she went crazy XD. Anyways, Qu Tan'er had a really bad mom, or... stepmom? I dunno how to say it. Her mom is still alive but she's not the top woman in the house, so Qu Tan'er/ XiaoTan needs to follow what the top woman says. Anyway I'll just call it a stepmom just because. Qu Tan'er always got bullied by the stepmom and always endured it because she's a good boi. But for Xiao Tan, it's completely different. In the modern world, you could've called 911, so obviously Xiao Tan is very offended that the stepmom wants to punish her with weird needles. I'm pretty sure Xiao Tan hit the stepmom a few times XD, She was like "YOU DARE??? YOU DON'T THINK I"LL FIGHT YOU?"

Okay, maybe I should put a little 18+ warning on this or something. 

Of course Xiao Tan wanted to get out of this marriage as soon as she could so she could get home. But in order to do that, she needed to divorce Mo Lian Cheng. So she just kept asking for it. Then Mo Lian Cheng joked and said, "if you give you you're virg... then I will.. if i'm satisfied" i was like AHHHH this drama is literally touching the line of dirty jokes. Then she took it seriously (im so sad that she wanted to leave that badly) and kissed him. He was so surprised! His eyes grew big and stuff. Then they did that- and what did he say? "I am not satisfied."

Then Qu Tan'er got real mad and almost did suicide...

Anyways, that became a habit. Seriously, I swear they did it every 3 episodes...

What is the point of living without you?

AWWW. I LOVED THIS SCENE. So Xiao Tan figured out that Mo Lian Cheng would die after 25 years of living (not true tho lol). And she heard that to let him live longer, she would need to sacrifice her own life. Once she knew, she acted sad and made it super obvious lol. She walked into the room of that emperor's mom and got a cup of poisonous wine. Just as she was about to drink it Mo Lian Cheng walked in and pOWed that cup out of her hands. Then he looked so hurt and AHHH it was so cute!!!! Then he said, "If you're gone, then what is the point of living?" sO mUCh SuGar AhHHhh.

NIANG PAO!

lol so niang pao is a curse word in chinese. But of course ancient times people don't know that. So when Mo Lian Cheng wouldn't help Xiao Tan, she called him a niang pao, but he had no idea what that meant! XD Then later when Qu Tan'er was there, he asked her, but she didn't know either!

I'm so smart and I fell in my own trap..

So Xiao Tan/ Qu Tan'er was forced to get married to Mo Lian Cheng. Of course both of them didn't like this. So Xiao Tan set up a trap. Before they had to do that thing after marriage ceremonies, Xiao Tan set up a classic trap, which was to get a wire and make him trip over it. Once that happened, water would spill over his head. But Mo Lian Cheng isn't dumb so he knew once he saw the really obvious wire. Especially when the maid jumped over it XD. Then Mo Lian Cheng did some stuff and walked right out ( I don't wanna describe it lol ). Xiao Tan got mad and tried running after him. Instead, she got her foot on the wire and bam. Big water bucket got poured all over her head XD.

Family is the most important

Okay, this scene was super touching for me. So Mo Yihuai sorta revolted because some evil stuff were taking over him and already had a crappy life. Then he died because MLC or XT killed him or something. Then the emperor got real sad. He was like, "I shouldn't have made his life so miserable. I clearly knew he liked Tan'er but I still..." awwwwwwwwwwWWWWWWWWw
