Chapter 10

-=Hermione's POV=-

I don't trust the ministry of magic guy.

When he came into the room, I was happy to know that the ministry of magic didn't trust Umbridge anymore, but then he didn't use the ministry approved method of interrogation. He also didn't ask important questions except for the last one, 'Are you working with Voldemort'.

Even though he said no, maybe the ministry guy's talents aren't as good as he thinks?

That is why I am quietly going to their rooms dragging Ron behind me.

I put my ear against the door, since the extendible ears are in George's room, and overhear their conversation.

"Anyway. The reason I'm here is because Nico, since you're here your father wants you to fix something." That's the guy from the ministry. He knows Nico's father. Then the interrogation must have been biased.

"Again?"

"Yeah, I would've let him IM you or something, but I knew what was going to happen with Will and thought it would be easier to tell you guys in person" IM? Instant Message?

"So, what is it?" Will asks.

"There's this guy," Apollo starts,

"Please don't start on your lovers." Will says. He knows William, why else would he say that? The interrogation was definitely biased.

"Not talking about that, well, he supposedly died but he didn't really because they haven't found him in the underworld." The underworld? Like the myths? Hell?

"That may be me" Harry says.

"No, it isn't."

"Then who else would it be?" Harry asks.

"Well, you know him. His name is Sirius Black, and all of you need to find him."

I can't wait anymore, I burst into the room with Ron following me.

"What the hades!" Will shouts as we enter.

"You lied." Ron says, "We heard everything you said."

"Shit." Nico whispers.

"They are lying." The ministry guy says, "They only heard part of it."

"And how would you know that?" Ron asks.

"I'm a mind reader."

That's it! How did I not think of that? It's so obvious.

Except it isn't. Maybe I can trick him.

'If you are a mind reader, say rollercoaster.'

"Well, I must go. Enjoy the quest." The ministry guy says, then leaves. I guess he isn't a mind reader.
