I woke up this morning to see Like reading a book. Katie was sleeping next to me just in case she wants a midnight snack. Jessica was just playing with her toys and I was recovering from a bite mark from last night. I went over to Luke since I had nothing else to do.
"Hey Luke"I smiled
" Hi"he said shyly
"Watch you reading?"
" it's nothing really interesting, Just science "
"I think it's interesting"
" thanks"
We both heard the door open loudly. Katie jumped with fight and fell to the floor.
"Grandma?" She said
I turned around and saw a demon with Gray hair and a long tail. With horns as the size of a bat. She looked pretty menacing with her deep black eyes.
Her cold face soon turned to a warm smile.
"Katie!" she said with joy"How's my granddaughter? "
The two hugged it out. Jessica flew over and started chewing on he tail. She saw her and picked the little one up and started tickling her.
"I haven't seen you in months"she smiled"And how are you Luke"
"I'm doing great"he blushed
But her joyful smile then turned into a cold face again. She saw me and went up to me, nearly making me per on myself.
" who are you human? "
"Hello, I'm Tina Reese"I said, laughing nervously
" so you are the daughter of the pope"she said "Don't worry my Daughter already told me about you, so you are good, You sure do look like your mother"
"You know my mother"
"Yes, she was delicious"
She did not just...Oh no!?😓
"She was the main course"she said licking her lips"Your blood sure smells appetizing"
"Sorry grandma she's mine"Katie said wrapping her tail around me
" Hmm, you are just like your father, very possessive"she smirked "Well I'll just go now, see you later"
She left the room. I finally let out a breath of relief.
"That woman is scary as hell!" I screamed
"Well what do you expect from a shadow wing"Luke sakd
"She's a shadow wing?"
" Yep, She's super scary, so scary that even grandpa is frightened of her"Katie said
Jessica laughed and started sucking on her tail.
"There's more of our family here, you wanna meet them?" she asked me"Don't worry they're more nicer especially Granny, she's a sweetheart "
