I haven't slept in three days maybe four hours in total those three days. I'm past tired but every time I close my eyes I have the same nightmare. I feel like I'm just getting worst and I'm slowly getting addicted to coke and I don't want to but it's the only thing that keeps me awake and it keeps my feelings at ease.
"Good morning Kenny." He just walked in the house it's 7:43 a.m I was sitting at the counter drinking coffee.
"Good morning Chase you look tired. Have you even slept lately." I shook my head no.
"I can't sleep my nightmares are to bad. I always wake up screaming. I'm tired of this."
"It's okay nothing will happen to you as long as I'm here. He can't get to you because I damn sure ain't gon let him. I'll kill his ass first deadass. He lucky he alive now he only alive because his punk ass ran. I want you to stop beating yourself up over this. It's not your fault Chase."
"I just can't stop thinking about it. I miss her so much. I miss waking her up she was my twin my mini-me. She was the best baby ever she rarely ever cried she was so happy. I just miss my baby I'll never be the same." Kenny came over and hugged me he always comforts me. Most people think we sleep together but we've never been intimate ever. He literally like my big brother.
"Go get dress."
"What?" I said lost.
"Go get dress I'm getting you out this house."
"No I am not going outside I'm not ready yet." I was actually scared that I would see Jay. I have nightmares of him killing me. I wished it was me instead of Jayla.
"Your never going to be able to move on if you don't go outside. You stay in the house cooped up. It's making you more depressed and I don't like seeing my best friend like this."
"I'm not ready to go outside Kenny please just give me time. But since your finally home can we watch movies and order food." I gave my best puppy dog eyes.
"Okay I'll let you stay in today but next time I'm taking your ass outside. I'm going to shower quick pick any movie and order anything I'm starving."
