Hey guys, I've decided to make shorter chapters, but update more frequently. Is that fair enough? I'm super excited because Union J got through to live shows so I decided to quickly write up a chapter. It'll pick up from here, PROMISE! xx

P.S. The song on the side is going to describe George and Ingrid in the future. Just an FYI. ;)

Chapter Two

I had finally arrived to the X Factor Studios, with two suitcases rolling behind me. I had gotten through to live shows, but this time with a twist. I had been placed into a group with three other girls; Leigh, Coralie and Molly. Together, we were a girl group called "Femme Fatale." Coralie and I came up with it after we started hearing everyone's personalities.

I think we get along just fine, but I'm still nervous because our mentor is Louis Walsh. He's in charge of groups this year. The other groups that got in are GMD3 and Union J. GMD3 have to change their name though, because a WATER PIPE company is called that in the United States. Union J was originally called Triple J, but they added in George, the boy who sang Toxic that day.

Basically, the past few weeks had been an utter dream to me, but finally, I was living it. The first live show is in a few days, which means my stomach is a pretzel-like shape of nerves, I'm guessing. I don't even know how to feel. I've never been so happy, overwhelmed, and nervous at once in my entire life. But this is it.

Besides our group, there's only eleven other acts, plus the wildcard; Amy. We were all gathered together, in an unorganized cluster in the main entrance of the large building. Some people were chattering, others picking at their hair, someone chewing at a hangnail, etcetera. But then there's me, awkwardly shifting my weight to the left side of my body. How charming.

"Okay guys! We're going to get you settled in by category this year!" Peter announced, smiling eagerly. Peter is basically a staff member who makes sure you are where you're supposed to be, and are behaving properly. He's kind of like a third parent, or a babysitter.

"Basically," he continued, "you're going to be on the same floor with the rest of the people from your category, placed in a room with whoever you've been selected with. However, the groups will stay in a room together, while the rest only have one roomate! Fun!" he cheered, trying to make the situation lighter.

There was a bit of cheering from the Overs, nothing from the boys, and whispering between the girls. The groups just sat and groaned, not looking forward to the upcoming weeks we'd be staying at the house.

"Groups, you guys get floor three. GMD3, room one. Femme Fatale, room two. Union J, right next to Femme Fatale in room three. You can all go get settled in now!" he exclaimed cheerfully once again. I gathered my two sturdy suitcases and started making my way to our floor, as Peter's voice got quieter while he announced where the Overs would be staying.

"INDI! INDI WAIT UP!" Leigh called to me in her thick Welsh accent, running towards me. She called me Indi, that was true, but she was a sweet girl so I let the nickname slide. We decided on sharing a bunk, I'd get the bottom; just the way I wanted it. I went to set up in the bathroom, when I hit into someone. I look up, and I see the boy who sang Toxic.

He groans, and I tilt my head, entirely confused. "WE HAVE TO SHARE A BATHROOM WITH THE GIRLS?!" he yells into his room, so I look around and notice that it's a Jack and Jill bathroom, meaning adjacent to both rooms. This will be fun.
