Chapter 7

"Let's go," He whispered and smiled gently.

The boy grabs your hand gently and you accept it with a shy smile. You two begin walking through the night to get to his house. There's small talk here and there, but most of it is just comfortable silence.

As soon as you guys get to his place, he drops your hand hesitantly and opens the door. You both take off your shoes and walk in. His mother looks at you and then at him with a questioning look.

"Hey mom, she didn't have anywhere to stay for the night, do you mind if she stays for tonight?" He asks, voice calm and respectful. You really don't know what to do, so you just kind of hide behind him and look at her over his shoulder. Seeing this, she smiles widely, "Of course she can, a pretty lady like her should always have a place to stay! Welcome to our house, honey, would you like anything to eat?" She asks politely and you just smile and shake your head.

It already seemed like she was making something, it smelled like brownies.

The woman speaks up again, "Make yourself at home sweetie! Joongie, do you mind showing her around and getting her something comfortable to wear?" He nods and looks at you while gesturing to follow him, so you do. As you follow him up some stairs, you notice how nice the house is, it's clean and cozy. He stops at a door and opens it, walking in, so of course you follow. When a lamp gets turned on, your jaw drops.

"Wow... This is so cool..." You gawk at all the things around the room, almost all adventure and pirate themed. There are posters of maps and pirate ships on the walls, and almost every surface had at least one model pirate ship. The bed was just a simple dark blue though, big enough to fit two people for sure.

"Thank you... I think it's a little childish really," He mumbles, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly, an obvious blush creeping onto his cheeks.

"Pirates and adventure is never childish, it's just fun," You giggle and look at him with joyful eyes, he turns away, his face completely flushed. Then he walks over to his dresser and pulls out a plain white shirt and a pair of sweatpants. He hands them to you and walks out mumbling something about giving you privacy. With a giggle, you watch him close the door and start changing into his clothes.

You get done changing and open the door, he's standing there, whispering to himself with a serious face until he notices you. When he realizes that you actually changed into his clothes, he starts blushing a lot again and his heart beats faster. Another giggle escapes your lips and you grab his hand, pulling him into his room.

"I really do like your room, I'm a bit of a sucker for adventure myself," You say, warming up to him a bit more.

"Thank you... I-I'll sleep on the couch tonight, are you sure you don't want anything to eat or drink?" He says, stuttering through the sentence a bit and looking you in your eyes.

"What if I want to sleep with you tonight?"
