Toadette's POV:

I sipped my hot turnip soup. Delicious. Turnip soup is my favorite. Especially on nights like these. The campfire felt cozy, stars are aligned, perfect moonlight. Bowser was sitting farther in the field by himself. Bowser had been thinking to himself for a while.

I poured some turnip soup in another bowl for Bowser. I grabbed Bowser's and my bowl of turnip soup then walked to the field. The grass was quiet, not crunchy. The grass in the Mushroom Kingdom was crunchy. Like walking in a snowfield that was covered with a thin layer of ice.

I stand right next to Bowser. "Mm, that smells delicious. Is that radish?" Bowser asked. "No, turnip. I brought you some." I handed the bowl to Bowser. "Thanks," Bowser replied as I sat down. Bowser took a sip of soup then looked back up at the night sky. "I'm sad this journey has to end soon," I said. Bowser looked over to me confused. "I thought you were pure evil. Nothing good about you. Now I realized that you're just like anyone else. Same feelings just different morals."

"Yes, different morals," Bowser replied. "I never thought I would be helping the enemy. Dad and I could get caught then sent to jail. Yet, here we are." "I never thought I would buy a 1.7 billion necklace." Bowser held up the necklace. The moonlight made the starbit sparkle perfectly. Bowser sighed.

"What if I'm wrong? What if what I felt wasn't love?" Bowser asked. "I don't know a lot about love but I do know a lot about risks. Risks are always frightening even when you know what's going to happen." I said. "I don't know what I was thinking. I can't risk-" "Sometimes you have to let your feelings take over the facts."

BJ's POV:

"Well, that failed," I said. Ludwig had an angry look on his face. "Well, SORRY. I'm not going to fight against HIM." Ludwig glared at Cheatsy. Cheatsy started to laugh. "You sure are something, Ludwig," Morton said with a smirk on his face.

"Even though yesterday failed we can't give up. But, we need a new plan." Wendy said. "We could unleash some chemicals to make him confess," Iggy suggested. "We could just calmly draw," Morton said picking up a light blue colored pencil off the floor. "You know what sounds good right now? A strawberry, banana, peach smoothie!" Roy exclaimed.

"Cheatsy, I don't think this is a great idea," I said. "Who invited you anyway?" Lemmy asked. Cheatsy picked King Dad's room lock. "Cheatsy, you're going to get us in trouble." Cheatsy unlocked King Dad's room door. "What are you here for? To tell me the obvious?" Cheatsy asked. "No. I'm here to tell you that it's a bad idea. I'm just saying words of wisdom." I said. "So saying the obvious," Lemmy said. "I'm practically a teenager. I can do whatever I want." Cheatsy said pulling his pants up. "What does being a teenager has to do anything-" "Shh!" Lemmy covered my mouth. Cheatsy pulled out a smoke bomb out of his pocket. "Wait, didn't you say that the smoke bomb isn't ready yet?" I asked. "I said I needed to test it out. You never listen." Cheats turned the smoke bomb then it went off. Smoke filled the whole room. Cheats walked towards King Dad's closet. Cheats reached inside his jacket pulling out more gadgets. "Where did you get all of those

"Gadgets," I said softly. "That's it." "What's it?" Cheats asked. "You remember when we were kids? How we would drive King Dad insane.

Marc would hate taking care of us. We need to act childish." I said. "And how do we do that?" Ludwig asked. "Remember when the oven exploded and King Dad had to remodel his room?"

Toad's POV:

Toadette wouldn't mind if I drank her coconut milk. I'm not crazy over fruits but coconut just mmm...tastes so well. I opened the small bottle then took a sip. I closed the fridge setting the bottle on the counter. "Where's the keys?" I looked around the couch. After searching for what seemed like forever I found the keys laying on the floor.

I picked up the keys from off the floor then went downstairs. I unlocked the shop back door. I entered the shop. The shop smelled dusty. "Better start dusting while I'm at it." I grabbed the duster from the back room. I didn't like cleaning the shop but it was something to do. The little bell rang from the front door. I turned around. It was Yoshi. Yoshi had a flower in his flowing green hair and a whole matching pink outfit.

Even his shoes. "Oh, you're cleaning. Toad, has anything felt strange lately?" Yoshi asked. I stopped dusting for a moment. "Strange?" "Yeah, like something is going to happen when the comet comes." "Now that you mention it I find it very weird that Dad and Toadette just left days before the comet. They wouldn't leave unless if it was urgent." Yoshi thought for a second.

"Everything seems too perfect. Like a glass standing still on a table. Knowing that the same person knocks it over but no one's there." "Are you saying?" "I don't know but I have a feeling that Bowser is planning something that we're not ready for."

Marc's POV:

What's that smell? I walked into the kitchen. "Oops," Roy said as he dropped a pound of strawberries on the floor. Wendy was tossing everything out of the fridge, Iggy was adding chemicals to baking soda, and Morton was drawing on the kitchen walls. "What are you Koopalings doing? Ugh, this reminds me of when you were kids." The smell grew bigger.

Smoke started coming from the oven. Roy opened the oven. "I think we overcooked it," Roy said. "Then make another one. This time bake it for 45 minutes." Wendy said tossing the pears to the side. "No, 47." Iggy stopped writing. "45." Wendy stood up from the floor. "47." Wendy and Iggy started walk towards each other. "There's not going to be anymore baking-" BOOM! That sound. It was- BOOM! The CANNONS! I quickly raced to the Weapon Room.

I reached to my pocket to grab my- BOOM! Where are my keys?! King Bowser is really going to fire me if he sees half of his castle destroyed and all of his cannons are gone. "Do it again!" Bowser Jr. said on the other side of the door. "I want to do it now! The handsome prince wants to shoot a cannon!" Ludwig said.

"Koopalings! Open this door now!" I yelled. BOOM! BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP! The fire alarm and the sprinklers went off. All that water got me completely wrenched. "Koopalings, OPEN THIS DOOR!" "NO!" Cheatsy yelled. "Don't make me call your father!" "Go ahead! I dont give a single shit!" I knocked furiously on the door.

"Koopalings, open the-" The door opened making me fall to the floor. "How was the soak?" Lemmy asked with a smirk on his face. "Let's go check out King Dad's secret room!" Cheatsy said as Bowser Jr., Ludwig and Lemmy followed him. I chased after them then I heard Morton in the Throne Room.

"I want to be King!" Morton yelled. "I'm still Queen, Morton." Wendy said fixing her crown. "Get off the fucking throne, Wendy. I WANT TO BE ON THE FUCKING THRONE!" Morton screamed. Morton pushed Wendy off the Throne. "Ow! That HURT!" Wendy shouted. "KOOPALINGS, STOP THIS! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" I yelled.

Everyone stopped. The air was still. The Koopalings were all looking at me. "Are we driving you insane?" Bowser Jr. asked sarcastically. "YES! I CAN'T HANDLE THIS PRESSURE!" "Just a random question. Where's King Dad?" Iggy asked. "Yeah, do you know what he's doing?" Ludwig asked. "Or when he's coming back?" Cheatsy asked.

"You're worried about your father instead of the mess you've made to this whole castle?!" I asked the Koopalings. "As the King on this throne I demand to know where King Dad is! Was that a good impression?" Morton said on the throne. "All we want to know is where-"

"Is he coming back soon?" "Can I-" "How was I supposed to know why King Bowser had to buy Rosalina a gift? I don't know. He says it's love. Do I believe him? No. How does that make sense? You try to take over the Universe then suddenly you fall in love with the woman who protects it? Since when does that..." I stopped talking. Uh, oh. "Bingo." Bowser Jr. said. "Rosalina?" Iggy asked.

"Uh, forget what I just said. It was all a lie. It's not-" "King Dad says lying is a bad trait." Morton said. "All of you are always lying." "But we're royalty." Ludwig said. "Morton's right, Marc. We all know you're lying anyway." Cheatsy said. "Ugh, I give up."
