Setting : SHSS

Time : 9.00 am

Looking at him, Ashley snickered. She nudged Adity and Liew, who was next to Faith for some odd reason, (I think arguing about something I can't really remember) and pointed to Zach. They understood the plan immediately and got to work.

"Mr K, can I borrow the loudhailer please? I need it for something important." Ashley opened the door to teachers' room and asked Mr K for the favour.

"Sure, Ashley. You're one of the few students whom I know are responsible and won't use it for some sick prank. Here you go!" He grabbed the item, walked to the door and handed it to her, not questioning her on what her intentions with it were. 

A sly smile crept onto Ashley's face.

Oh boy was he fooled.

"Guys, yes! That was easier than I thought." Ashley ran up to Liew and Adity with the prized possession in her hand.

Liew and Adity in the meantime, were gathering the group of students in the main area, briefing them on what they were about to do- well, everyone except Zach of course, who by the way was still sleeping peacefully. 

The faces of the group lit up, finally, something fun.

All of them got into their positions. Some grabbed pots and pans, some carried tables and chairs. Anugrah was in charge of videoing the entire thing, so focused, holding up the old vintage video camera in its position.

Any time now.

Liew was standing near the main door. Adity was standing right next to Zach and Ashley was near the window. They glanced at each other and Ian gave the signal. 

Ashley pointed the loudhailer to the direction of Zach and pressed the "siren" button on the loudhailer and all hell broke loose.

"ZACH WAKE THE F'CK UP IT'S AN EARTHQUAKE YOU'RE GONNA DIE WAKE UP WAKE UP!!" Adity screamed in Zachs' ear.

The group knocked down tables, threw chairs and dragged them everywhere, mimicking a disaster that had just struck. Liew pounded on the door and the girls started fake wailing and crying. Ashley raised up the blinds so the sun would enter the room and hit Zach's face. Needless to say, he jolted awake.

"I'M GONNA DIE I'M GONNA DIE WHAT'S HAPPENING OHMYGODOHMYGOD-" Zach sprung upright to his feet, his mind still in a daze as he tried to piece together the scene before him. His heart was beating at 120 beats per minute as he was so shocked. He was ashen-faced, his lips were quivering and his body was trembling.

"HAHHAHAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHA GOTCHUUUUU LIL B*TCH!" Adity cackled in Zach's face and stuck her tongue out. 

Everyone in the room burst into laughter as Zach's face was nothing but priceless. 

"F*ucking b*tch. F*ck you, Adity, And f*ck you too, and you, and you too, F*CK ALL OF YOU!" Zach pointed and cursed sassily at everyone. 

"You should've seen your face Zach HAHAHAHAA!" Anugrah commented, earning another "F*CK YOU ANU!" from Zach. He was the best to prank and get the best reactions out of after all. Plus he was a good sport too, he never actually got upset whenever people pranked him, but instead also laughs at his dramatic responses.

The room was filled with such joy and positivity. For once, in that very moment, the students had forgotten what had happened the day before. Well, everyone but one. 

"Um, guys.." Ashley spoke, attracting the attention from everyone as her tone was rather serious. 

The atmosphere in the room dropped from 100 to 0 very quickly.

Silence.

She was looking out the window, still clutching on to the bead chain that raises up the blinds, her knuckles turning white.

Her mouth was parted slightly, eyes glued to the view that she saw in front of her. 

A single tear rolled down her cheek.
