Off-putting: The Protagonist Was Abused

Jesus fucking christ! I want this shit out of my system.

Every fucking time I search a story or a Michael Jackson fanfic where there's smut and romance, there always gotta be a fucking backstory on the protagonist's previous relationship, and you know what it is?

She got free or broke up from her abusive ex.

And when I say abusive it includes but not limited to: punches, slaps, choking, strangling, broken ribs, blacked-eye, rape etc.

It's crazy that with all of the shit they could think of they haven't included fisting and anal destruction. There was one gang-bang, though. 😪😌

If not from her ex, it's gonna be from a relative or from a stalker (A stranger stalker or an ex-stalker)

Jesus fucking christ. What the fuck is this?! What's with the fascination of the insert character being abused and shit? 🤔🤔🤔

This shit is so prevalent especially in stories where Michael tours around the world for his concerts together with the insert character. I'm looking at you bad era. 🙄

(Don't even get me started on stories where MJ is the abuser, I'm gonna make a separate rant for that.) 😡

Now, even with all of that, I understand. I understand.

I know we readers are young and always stuck in our bedrooms. Not ugly, not pretty either, just plain janes. Not outgoing so we're sometimes awkward af. And we're here in wattpad mostly to live our fantasies and to get off on them.🤠🤠🤠🤠

But why is being abused one of the fantasies prevalent in MJ fanfics?

Simple: Coz every girl wants Michael to be their Knight in shining armor. The one to save them from the 'abusive' real life and reassure them that no matter how swollen their faces get, how bruised and blacked their eyes get, how 'dirty and used' they get, he'll always be there.😍😍

But goddamn! Can't you all think of any other shit to have that Knight in shining armor? Coz this shit of having a protagonist being abused kills the libido. Like if I had a dick, my dick would instantly deflate.
