————————— Ever since that dinner we had as a "family" Shawn and I had been talking or we have had many other dinners. It felt right but everything that he has done to me I couldn't stop thinking about when I'm with him. If he really loved me , why did he hurt me?
"Hey Shawn" I smiled hugging him. We were currently at a roller skating place for skylar , she's always been talking about how much she wanted to be here.
"How's my little sky" he said going to sky tickling her.
She laughed "stop daddy" she said between her laughs. He stopped tickling her and sat down next to me.
"I could've rented out this place for us" he said sitting down looking at the people roller skate.
"I know but I don't you wasting money on us" I replied putting on the roller skates.
"Fine , you look gorgeous today" I could feel him smirking at me.
"Only today?" I joked going to put sky's roller skates as well.
"No no no , that's not what I meant, I meant-"
"I was kidding Mendes" I interrupted him grabbing sky's hand so she can get up. We started heading to the skating area.
"Hey , wait up" I heard shawn yell behind me. I turned around seeing him going as slow as possible.
"Shawn I thought you could roller skate" I laughed seeing him get scared with every move he makes.
"I mean it was sort of 5 years ago , I forgot" he replied grabbing the pole for support.
"Dad , you can sit down if you want" sky offered but Shawn shook his head.
"I'm fine sweetheart, I just need to practice a little more" he smiled grabbing sky's hand in the skating area. We started skating but at the slowest pace possible.
"Mom , can I go with my friends over there to skate with" sky asked and I nodded making sure to watch her.
"Shawn , were not even half way through the circle of this skating area" I said getting frustrated.
"I need help" he whispered looking at his feet making sure he doesn't fall.
"Here grab my hand and we'll skate together" I suggested sticking my hand out. He grabbed it and he was now skating at a little bit of faster speed.
"I think I'm doing it" he yelled letting go of my hand. I stopped seeing how fast he was going.
"Shawn, maybe slow down a bit" I suggested seeing he was going to fast.
"I'm fine-" he tripped over nothing falling on his stomach. I skated over to him kneeling next to him.
"Are you okay" I asked getting him up in the corner over the skating area.
"Yeah" he started laughing shaking his head.
"I can't believe that happened" he added taking off the skates.
"Me neither" I started giggling taking off my skates as well. I looked at his face noticing his forehead was bleeding and his lip had a little cut.
"Here let me help" I said getting up sticking out my hand. He grabbed my hand getting up.
"Daddy, are you okay" I heard skylar say from behind me.
"Yeah I just fell babygirl" Shawn answered.
"I'm tired , I want to go home" skylar said reaching for her dad to pick her up. He picked her and immediately she fell asleep on his shoulder.
"I'm going to go put the skates away and get some bandages for you" I said grabbing all of our skates and taking them to that shoe place thing. I also asked them for bandages which they also gave them to me.
I saw them sitting on a seat that was far away from the rest of the people here.
"I grabbed some bandages and wipes" I said and he nodded. They have already put on there shoes. I put mine as well. Skylar was still asleep on Shawn which was so cute.
"This might hurt" I warned putting the alcohol wipes for infection. He winced shutting his eyes.
"Are you and tom dating" Shawn questioned.
"What- no, were just friends shawn" I responded putting on the bandage on his forehead.
"I just thought you moved on" he stuttered and I rolled my eyes.
"I mean you move on pretty fast even during our relationship" I scoffed throwing the trash away. He just looked at my with sorrow eyes.
"You know I'm sorry London" he croaked. Was he going to cry?
"Let's just not talk about this shawn" I snapped not looking forward with his apologies.
