"Hey babe , what you working on?" Shawn chirped sitting next to me overlooking my lyric book.
"Um..just some Christmas songs I can do for my Christmas album, Andrew wants it done by Friday which is 2 days away and I only have 1 song down and he wants a single" I huffed reading a bunch of lyrics then end up erasing because it doesn't sound good.
"Baby don't stress about it , here I'll get my guitar and we'll both work on them" he gave me a warm smile.
I groaned "no Shawn you have work tomorrow I'll be fine" I murmured falling asleep but waking up immediately.
"Hun, you're falling asleep" he laughed going to the kitchen. After a few moments he came back with 2 cups of coffee.
"I'll be back to write some lyrics with you okay" and I nodded agreeing with him as he left to go get his guitar.
Shawn's POV
As I walked to grab my guitar I saw my computer light up which meant there was a notification. I went on the computer , it read that the met gala was on next Friday.
I completely forgot about that being a father/ husband is so much work.
I grabbed my guitar heading to the living room seeing London asleep on the couch. Her soft snores filling the quiet living room. I chuckled grabbing a blanket and wrapping her in it. I kissed her forehead whispering a goodnight.
I went upstairs checking if the kids were asleep also there are boxes everywhere since we were moving very soon and then I checked Davids room who was jumping in his crib.
"David , you're suppose to be sleeping" I quietly say picking him up from the crib cuddling him.
I went to the upstairs mini kitchen that we had for the kids for their bottles. I heated a bottle for David , after it was done heating I gave it to David which immediately started drinking it.
I sat on the rocking chair in his room and started rocking the chair singing to him softly.
When I sang to him he would immediately got to sleep. I chuckled softly seeing he was already asleep. I placed the bottle to the side table and placed David on his crib. I tucked him in with his favorite blanket and then headed to the bed knocking out.
