A/N: Sorry that I've been gone for awhile. I've had a crap summer and no interest to write at all. But I'm going to try and update as much as possible, and if you want a specific story updated then just tell me.

I woke up to someone calling my name repeatedly. It was really annoying and all I wanted was for them to shut up and go away. Yet, that didn’t seem very likely right this second. Forcing open one bright green eye, I looked up at Kakashi’s face inches above my own.

“I suggest you move away from my face, before I hurt you,” I say in a deadpan tone.

Kakashi sweat dropped at my deadpanned comment as he obliged to my warning. I stare up at the sun in the sky, until I’m forced to close my eyes from the how bright it is. Pushing myself into a sitting position, I stare at my hands resting on my lap waiting for Kakashi to say something.

As the silence stretched on I decided to be the one to get this over with. “What do you want?”

“Your late for the academy,” Kakashi replied, like I actually cared about going to the academy.

“Oh? Well that’s unfortunate,” at that I laid back down on the roof.

Kakashi sweat dropped before he picked me up and flung me over his shoulder.

“What do you think you’re doing?” I shrieked, startled by my guardian’s abrupt decision.

“Taking you to the academy,” he merrily replies to me.

I huff before getting settled on his shoulder as best as I can, which isn’t much. Well this was going to suck. And I just know that Akira is going to use this against me forever. I’m definitely not looking forward to this.

Kakashi was pretty quick and efficient about getting me to the academy, much to my dislike. He stood in front of the door to the academy for a second, before walking into a room filled with a bunch of kids and one teacher with me still on his shoulder. The kids in the room gawked at us, while Akira and Daisuke snickered at me from the far side of the room. Just wait till I get a hold of them, then we’ll see if they want to laugh at me again. Kakashi didn’t seem to notice any of it and just walked leisurely into the room. He also didn’t seem to want to put me down yet.

“Hey, Iruka,” Kakashi greeted the other man. “I just thought I’d bring you this straggler I found.”

I blanched at his words, before my eye began to twitch. Just wait till I get out of this place Kakashi, then we’ll see how much you like that book of yours.

“Oh, who is this?” Iruka, as Kakashi had called the man, asked while looking at his list of students.

            “This is—,” Kakashi started.

“I can introduce myself,” my monotone voice ringing clearly throughout the room. I swiftly got of Kakashi’s hold and jumped from his shoulder to the floor. “My name is Inoue Raikou.”

Iruka stood near me looking at his list till he found my name. “Here you are,” he said, pointing to my name on the list. “Thanks Kakashi for bringing her here.”

“It was no problem,” Kakashi said waving off Iruka’s thanks, before he turned and left.

As Kakashi left I took the chance to look at all of the kids in the room. There was a boy with a dog in his hood, a girl with pink hair, a Hyūga girl, a girl with long blond hair pulled up in a ponytail, a boy that looked to be asleep, an Aburame boy, a boy eating a bag of chips, the Uchiha kid that we’re here for, and the blonde boy from last night. Wait… what? You have to be kidding me. My luck can’t be that bad, can it? Well apparently my luck is that bad. We’ll see if I ever help someone again.
