"i don't have a dream"
the whole class stare at him for a good few seconds before burst into a fit of laughter. his teacher was dumbfounded at his answer when was asked about his dream. it was unusual for a middle schooler to not have a dream.
"i want to join sm entertainment." he announced that calm down the crowd. "at the same time, i still want to do hapkido." he added.
"you can be an idol that is good at hapkido." one of his classmates suggested.
"dancing and singing at the same time are too tiring," fifteen-years old hyunjae sighed. "i want to make people happy so i want to be a comedian instead though i have to abandon my hapkido. so that's why i don't have a dream because i can't decide which one i want to abandon."
"in life, hyunjae." his teacher spoke out. "you can't have everything you want. you have to forget your second best choice in life to make the best decision and i wouldn't say you don't have a dream. plenty actually." she explained.
"you're still young, therefore you have plenty of time to think about your future. you should consider being an idol like your friend suggesed, you have the looks for it. you have the talent to be a comedian too."
hyunjae with mouth slightly agape nodded his head. he didn't really understand half of the things she said because she was speaking so fast but she's a wise and kind teacher so he had to agree.
"my cousin said i have to start early if i want to be an idol." he was unsure why he said it.
"everyone have their own goal so take your own time, hyunjae. set your own pace."

donghyuck hesitated for a while and was caught red-handed by an offended hyunjae. he grinned widely at him before saying, "i can't disagree with jbj donghan.
