Good morning! (It's probably not morning for you at the time that's you're reading this but I mean... I just woke up it's 8 AM right now so yeah)
I find personally, that there are certain things I need to have in order to have a good morning, and that shapes the rest of my day. Mornings are incredibly important, and it matters that you treat them with care, because they are the foundation for the rest of your day.
So make sure that the next time you have a morning, do what you need to do to set yourself up for success. Such things like:
1) Eat food (I need to do this more)
2) Drink coffee
3) Don't drink coffee if it doesn't do good things for you.
4) Take enough time to make sure that you feel comfortable in what you're wearing
5) Wake up with enough time that you're not rushing.
6) Sit and watch the news while you eat
7) etc etc
Mornings are very important. Especially if you struggle with dreams and sleep like I do, mornings are your chance to try to get your day off on the right foot, and forget about the night before.
