Chapter 2
"Wake up Crystal!" I refused, do you know how tired I was?! "Crystal, wake up before I throw this bucket of water on you!" Soon as I heard 'water', I instantly got out my bed and made my way to the bathroom. I opened the cabinet, but before I did so, I looked at myself in the mirror. "I'm pretty. I'm sure to get a boyfriend this year! I'm 15 for Sally's sake!" But everyone knew that was impossible.
I finished having a bath, put on my birthday swag outfit, which consists of a: pink blazer, high waisted jean shorts, suspenders, 'Free Spirit' crop top and pink 'Dr Martens'. When it came to non-uniform day, I'd win hands down! Even Lil' Miss Popular couldn't top this! Why? 'Cus my swag me; I ain't gon be following 'else's swag like am on 'Twitter'!
I got dressed and went downstairs. My mum and sister were waiting for me. My mum smiled then said "Now, who gave you the swag that you have today? That's right, Me!" My sister and I looked at each other laughing.
I just simply replied "Errm, our way of dressing is completely different mum." She hugged me and wished me a happy birthday. She gave me two tickets to the Mindless Behavior 'CTMDT- Part2'. I hugged her and thanked her. Then it hit me! "Who am I gonna take?" My mum suggested that i got with my sister, but she had plans that day. Besides she wouldn't wanna go see them anyway.
"Take one of your friends!" My mum suggested innocently. I wanted to laugh at that comment, but pain stroke my heart before I had time to demonstrate any other emotion.
