                    Prolouge

I grabbed the last of my items, hair brush, tooth brush and tooth paste of course. I pulled the handle to my suitcase and walked out of my gray room. I stopped before I exited the door. I turned around and stared at it for a moment. This room held so many memories, when I was a child especially. I sighed, and spun around for my mum was calling from downstairs.

"Hurry Luke, the car is waiting." I yanked my case to my side and rushed down before the suit case would plunge on top of me causing a mess.

"Ok dear, be careful." My mum came to me fixing my shirt, and gave a tight hug.

"I'll miss you darling." Tears were lining her eyes. "Now don't make the others wait, go, be careful. You never know what truely out there, until you discover it."

I nodded my head an smiled at her. I'm sure going to miss her. Dad couldn't be here, since he had work at the construction sight. But we at least said our goodbye late last night.

I walked outside to the car, which had my best friends inside. Calum, Ashton, and Michael. We all were being sent away, only for temporarily. I opened the back door, and layed my case across and shut it back up. My mother stood at the front door tearing. The side door was opened and I crawled inside to be greeted by my pals.

"Oh wait!" My mum yelled rushing back inside. She came out with a few things in a bag.

"Make sure to keep these and protect them dearly." Her voice was raspy, "And put them on, and set them safe." The car then drove away slowly.

"And don't forget to always play from the heart! and never let go of the true you!"

I nodded. Her small shape became smaller and smaller until she disappeared. It was silent for a moment till Michael broke the silence.

"Well that was dramatic." We all started burst out laughing. I'm glad I'll be leaving with them instead of some other group.
