I start to drift in and out of consciousness, my head is throbbing and I ache all over. I try and open my eyes but the light is too bright, I try again and put my hand over my eyes so it's not as bright. I try to sit up to look around and someone gently pushes my shoulder telling me to lie back down. It sounds like a man's voice I feel as if it's Blake, I try and speak but I just comes out groggy.
I look over and see a table with a cup of water I pick it up and take a sip, I try to talk and this time it's better " Blake? " I question not know who that man is yet.
"No Ms, I'm Dr. Lenus I have been assigned to you. Do you know why you're here?"
I quietly think for a moment and then everything starts rushing back instantly.  "My mom" I answer and he Shakes his head.

"Yes ma'am that's the reason and I am sorry to hear such a thing. Your brothers are down at the cafeteria and your boyfriend is outside talking with the nurse."

"My boyfriend?" I question not knowing who that was because I'm not seeing anyone.
The doc turns around about to talk just before walking out the door when blake walks in.
"Him that's whom I was talking about" he says and a just smile and look at Blake. "Blake isn't my boyfriend Dr he's my friends" he just smiles and walks out.

"Well, well, well look who's finally awake" he starts at me while walking over to the chair next to my bed with a blanket and pillow laying on it. "Did you sleep there?" I ask. "Yes your brother went home to sleep I protested and I got to stay"
I look at him for a second because I was very confused.

"They have visiting hours in the ICU and they where up and they where trying to get me out, but I told them I wasn't going to leave you and they just gave up. So I slept in this uncomfortable chair"

He explained slowly to me why he stayed. I smile and thank him then I proceed to try and get out of the when when blake tells me no that I have to stay in bed.

Hours go by before we finally get to see the doc again.

"You have to stay another night here just to make sure you're okay"
I groan not wanting to stay another minute here. "Oh come on doc I'm fine I can walk and talk and nothings broken"

"Heyy when did you get out of bed?" Blake asks in surprise.
I just smile and stay low.

"When you went to the cafeteria" I giggle.
"Well Ms. Spikes I know you're able to walk and talk and nothings broken but unfortunately we need you to stay over night and we'll let you leave in the morning at 8am"

He then walks out and me and blake just sit in the room watching tv. Mostly me bc goofy fell alseep during the most exciting episode of pretty little liars. I reach over and knock his arm out from underneath his head and his head just falls and he wakes up instantly with an angry look on his face.
I just sit there laughing and then he stands up over me and I stop in mid laugh. And kinda get scared but then he reaches down and starts ticking me and I try my best to push him off.

Hours later we end up falling asleep in my bed and I wake up to check the time its 6:25am. I fall back asleep and I wake up to the door being opened. Its freaking squeaky as hell.
Jake, Ashton and Slayer walks in and I push Blake to wake him up but instead of a gentle pushing him I accidentally push to hard not knowing he was on the ends. He then falls off the bed and smacks the floors with a loud echoing sound following behind it.
" Oh my god Blake are you okay?" I ask quickly trying not to laugh.
"A kiss would have been nice"
I wacked him with my pillow and got up to hug Jake and the boys.

I get dressed and we all head out to the car after signing out and its pouring outside and I absolutely love it.
We leave the hospital and head home Jake told me at the hospital that tona went to prison and isnt getting out for a long time. And since I have a job and am 17 and make enough to pay the Bill's we wont be placed in a foster home.

"Hey Jake you know we got to find you a job as well right?" He turns and looks at me.
"Really?" I just stare at him in annoyance.
"Yes doofus we need the money "
He just says fine and we arrive at the house and we all go inside I tell everyone to go into the dining room so I can talk with them.

We all sit down and I begin talking.
"So with the money I make at my job I am able to get my own apartment, but when Jake gets a job I want to try and get a big enough apartment that all four of us can live in. So no one can take our things away or anything like that okay?."

We all agree on this and Jake goes to his room and searches for an open job near us online. While Slayer and Ashton go to their rooms to play video games.

"We'll Buddy it's just me and you"
Blake looks over at me and smiles.
I start to get up slowly and back away then take off outside before he try's to tickle me. I run and try to climb a tree but he catches me but since I'm tiny I get away.
We run all over the place for hours while taking breaks every so often.
