Peter's | Spider-Man's POV

    I sat at the same lunch table me, Ned, and MJ sat at every day. Though today Ned and MJ weren't there, MJ randomly disappeared after science probably called down to the principal's office or something I thought to myself, and Ned was home sick. I quietly read a book not wanting draw any attention to myself, the bell rang signaling that lunch was over. I stood putting my backpack on and grabbing my book, and began walking to class.

I was almost to the classroom door when I got slammed into the lockers by someone, I winced that's gonna leave a bruise on my shoulder... I sighed looking up to see Flash looking down at me with a smirk "sorry penis Parker, did I bump into you?" He said laughing at the nickname he gave me. "What do you think?.." I mumbled standing and trying, //keyword: trying// to walk away from him. Flash grabbed my arm before I could walk into the class room "where are you going Parker?" I scoffed "going to class, where else would I would I be going, to space?" He let go of my arm glaring at me as I walked into just before the bell ran Flash following closely behind me, I sighed in relief, sitting down in my seat, talk about saved by the bell.. Flash probably didn't want to be late either.

        After my last class I went to my locker, grabbing the rest of my stuff and then began walking to Delmar's deli, when I reached the store I opened the door heading in the bell rang above the door and Mr.Delmar looked up and smiled. I smiled back, hopefully today will get better.. I thought " Hey, Mr. Parker!" Mr.Delmar said " number 5, pickles, squished down really flat?" He asked, I nodded "yup!" I stood by the counter watching as Mr.Delmar made my sandwich. I pulled out a ten dollar bill from my backpack and handed it to Mr.Delmar as he came back with my sandwich, taking the sandwich I waved bye and shouted "thanks Mr.Delmar!" as I walked out the door.

     Stuffing the sandwich in my backpack I made my way towards a nearby ally way. As soon I entered the ally I checked to make sure no one was around before grabbing my Spider-man suit Mr. Stark gave to me and slipped it on. Zipping my backpack up I climbed to the top of the building next to me and placed my backpack down so no one would steal it again. I walked to the edge of the building and scanned the streets, seeing that nothing bad happening in the streets below me, I decided to jump from the building I was standing on and, begin to swing building to building.

After stopping a few muggings from happening and a burglary I swung up onto a nearby building and sat down to check what time it was. My legs hanged loosely of the building swaying back and forth, I grabbed my phone from my pocket and unlocked it. 4:45, 30 minutes until May will want me home, I sighed slightly annoyed at the fact that I wouldn't be able to stay out for much longer. I looked over the city, It was beautiful during the night, quiet too I stood about to leave the view when my spidey sense went off slightly. Turning around sharply I saw the reason that my spidey sense went off, I groaned oh come on your going to make me late, "Here to join me for the view, Iron Man?" I said, in any other circumstances I'd probably be freaking out about how The Iron Man was standing right in  front of me, but at the moment I'm both tired and annoyed.

I took a step back so I'd be able to jump from the building if needed, "actually, I was hoping you could come back to the Avengers Tower with me so we could talk." He said calmly though I could just hear the smirk in his voice. It would be an understatement to say that I was shocked by his offer, I thought for a moment "sorry, but I have places to be and things to do...soo.." Mr. Stark sighed "I was afraid you'd say that" he raised his hand as though to give a signal. My spidey sense blared in my head giving me a slight head ache, quickly I jumped forward just missing a arrow, I looked to my right and saw Hawk Eye on a nearby building, my eyes widened and I looked back to Mr. Stark " e-enlighten me on why your trying to shoot me?" "Look," he spoke "Fury wants a name for Spider-Man, and I believe you'd make a great asset to the team-" I cut him off "I'd love to, Stark but, the whole 'Secret Identify' thing isn't really a secret if you tell someone. So I'm sorry but I'm going to have decline" I said taking another step back and jumping off the building and swinging home, luckily none of them followed me..
