Bill drags Dipper to the throne room and sits him on the throne night to his own but slightly lower. Bill then proceeds to summon the mayor of gravity falls to establish news laws. This form of rule is indirect ruling, so the people listen more with someone like them. The United Kingdom use to practice this when they took over other places, so why couldn't they?

"G-git on outta here you foul d-demon," Mayor Tyler said waving his arm around like a crazed man. "Now now mayor Tyler let's not get too hasty speaking like that to your new king isn't appreciated," Dipper said, walking down the steps right up to the mayor. "D-dipper what are you doing with that demon" Mayor Tyler said pointing behind Dipper

"I'm simply helping him rule over humans unless you want me to let him kill you and the people of gravity falls, but if you listen to him and listen to me we can keep everyone happy as possible" Dipper said
"Now, doesn't that sound good, Mayor Tyler? Oh and of course you'd stay as Mayor and your in-charge, but you answer to us in the background got it?" Dipper said

"Just make a deal with King Bill, and all will be solved, I promise" Dipper finished stepping out of the way as Bills hand-lit aflame with its brilliant blue glow. Mayor Tyler stepped up to Bill and took his hand, and they shook on it.

"Well as Pinetree said we would be doing business with you but as your first order destroy all the border trees despite protest and any who don't listen shall go to our dungeons call and eye-bat, and they will take them away understood," Bill said tapping his hands on the throne.

"Y-yes sir right away," Mayor Tyler said he was then was teleported back to wherever he was. "You know Pinetree seeing you in a business mode is quite entertaining and impressive," Bill said amused "you've never been bad yourself" Dipper noted going back to his seat.

"You know when we pick all the other leader we need to manage them can we make room for meetings and such so I can work with the humans more easily," Dipper said looking up at Bill with dull eyes. "Say Pinetree we have some time to kill despite time being non-existing would you care for a dance?" Bill said, standing and turning.

Bill reached out his hand towards the direction Dipper was sitting. "A dance? R-right now!? I um" Dipper said flustered "I don't know how to um dance" Dipper managed to get out. "Come on Pinetree don't worry about I'll teach you," Bill said, walking up to Dipper taking his hand and leading him down to the center of the room.

Little did they know they had an audience of onlookers all being Bill's friends they each were silent except Pyronica and Teeth who played music for the two. Bill took the lead and began to do the waltzes with Dipper. Dippers hand was on Bill's shoulder and his other in his hand. While Bill's hand was on Dippers waist and his other hand was is Dippers hand.

As they danced together, Bill was leading Dipper by slightly pulling on his waist. Dragging him along the dance and holding them close. The dance for all the onlookers was of pure beauty as both of them left steps of colored flames, and when it ended, Bill leaned down and kissed Dipper on the lips.

Dipper eyes widened as he kissed back practically melting at Bills touch. Both boys then floated together, as a bright light enveloped them both. When you laid your eyes on them again, you can see both boys with marks all over there upper body and their shirts were gone leaving them with there pants only.

"Those are the marks of soul mates," Pyronica says to Teeth the both of them stopped playing. "Whoa, it's so rare for soul mates to find each other especially when your a demon" Teeth said.
