This time she'd gone too far. Raya stared in awe, seeing nothing but empty space where her hands and feet had just been. She felt like a vampire, her image nonexistent in the mirror before her, her brunette hair gone from view.
"This is amazing!" She thought, "I finally did it!" Her excitement was short-lived however when she realized that her clothes could still be seen. "Oh no... this is not good, I must've read the spell wrong." She looked back at her textbook and reread the instructions. The spell had been cast with spectacular precision. Raya sat in her cold bedroom for a while, contemplating any solutions possible. "Oh that's right! If I say the spell backwards it will reverse the effect!" She quickly grabbed her wand and read the script. Seconds passed. She felt colder and unnerved.
She walked across her room to gaze upon her stature. "What?!" She exclaimed, "My clothes are gone!" Her body and clothing had become completely invisible. She scrambled downstairs to the kitchen,
"Mom, Dad help! I've become comple-"
"Honey have you seen Raya today?' Her mother asked as her father poured a cup of coffee.
He looked at her questioningly, "Who?" He responded. His face twisted into confusion.
Raya ran towards her parents and began to frantically grab them and somehow let them know she was there.
"Mom, I'm here! Why can't you hear me?! Dad, It's Raya, your daughter! I've turned invisible!"
Her mother's face turned slack, eyes blank and lifeless. "Oh, who are you talking about dear?" She looked at her husband.
"I don't know, were you talking about someone?" He asked monotonously
Raya looked on in horror as her own parents forgot her existence. She began to yell and scream, but it was no use, she was gone.~ From A.
