David, a thirteen-year-old boy, enjoys seeing the night landscape from his window, but one of many nights, he observes a strong flash in the middle of the forest near his house. Without thinking twice and encouraged by all the readings he makes, he decides that the next morning he would go to investigate it.
That same day, a terrible tragedy would knock on the doors of his home, but that did not discourage him from investigating, on the contrary, it gave him more strength to be able to forget what has caused him so much pain. Investigating in the forest, David finds Sofia, the baker's daughter who, after a brief talk, decides to accompany him in his investigation.
Everything will get complicated when, after going deeper into the forest and getting lost in the dense fog, they find an old building and a door in the middle of nowhere. Intrigued by this and observing it more closely, they hear a voice that invites them to pass. They decide to cross the door, not knowing what fate will hold.
