Me and Cat were stood in the hospital corridor after arranging dates with our 'kind of' boyfriends.
"I can't wait to go for food with Robbie!" Cat exclaimed. I think she might have finally come to terms with the fact that she likes him.
"You really like him, don't ya kid" I laughed. It was sweet really. She's so innocent, yet I'm the total opposite.
"Mayyyyyyybeeeeee" cat giggled, looking through the small window into their room. "Do you think they're talking about us?" She froze still. She was DEFINITELY new to dating. We stood in silence for a bit. I didn't want to admit it, but I was really excited to see where things went with Freddie. "You haven't said much about ... Freddie" Cat said mischievously. I began to smile, but before I could say anything, a loud screech came from the peppy red heads mouth. "YEEEEEE" she wailed in content.
"Shush" I laughed, trying to hide my embarrassment. I don't really like admitting my feelings. We stood in silence for a bit. I could tell Cat was deep in thought about Robbie. "Ahh young love" I laughed to myself.
"Sam," Cat said, breaking my thoughts. " do you think we should go back in? You know. Sit with our... guys" she nudged me with a big smile on her face. She began to wink at me.
"This is creepy" I thought.
"Hey, have you taken your 'special vitamins' today?" I questioned. She only ever acted this high when she had forgotten them.
"YES" she wailed. "Now come on let's go back in! I can't wait to tell Robbie all about the fun things we can do!" I rolled my eyes at her enthusiasm.
