the night of the death:

peter snuck into the house, knowing the passwords ,as tony trusted him, to security cameras so looping footage before he arrived along with deleting footage of him. pepper was out of town for the next couple of nights because of her work.

he grabbed a screwdriver in his pocket and walked up the steps quietly, muttering "it's not fair" over and over. he push tony's room open to see him laying on his bed shirtless and asleep, the place was a mess and a package was on his desk.

peter stumbled over to stark and saw his 'heart' shining a bright blue. was he really going to do this? he thought. after some more contemplating he decided to do it. he clutched onto the screw driver and took a deep breath before grinning.

"if you're nothing without your suit then you shouldn't have it." tony's words rang through his brain. this was all he had and he took it, the only thing that made him meaningful.

"if you're nothing without this then you shouldn't have it." he smiled, he pierced through the metal with the screw drive hearing the crunch of the metal against each other. tony screeches up looking up at peter to see him grinning as he pushes the screwdriver deeper.

his body is lifeless. he's not moving. peter pulls out the screwdriver and places it in his bag. he takes the edge of the duvet and covers his chest up and wanders over to the package on stark's desk. he opens the poorly wrapped up object to see his suit. he scoffs and drops the mask on the desk, leaving the building with no trace of him in under an hour and sleeping quite well.

ned stares at the news on his screen from an article online. he was best friends with a murder. he thought to himself if he should tell anyone or keep quiet, he's dangerous and who knows what he'd do next. he dropped his phone and covered his face with his hands and started mumbling about what to do.

he didn't do anything.

the avengers were questioned everyday by law enforcements about the death. none knew spider-man's identity. the once famous on famous and trustworthy avengers were now seen as unstable and had to be detained until one of them admitted to knowing spider-man's identity, which no one admitted to.

happy stayed quiet saying he didn't know anything and only met spider-man with a mask on. he knew how much the kid meant to tony and decided to leave and go off the grid.

but peter was ecstatic. who knew murder was so easy?

authors note.

this was inspired by a small comic from an artist on instagram.

sorry there was no y/n but this was more 'cool' in my opinion as y/n wouldn't really fit the plot.

should i make a part two or just leave it like this?
