tw:  homophobia towards peter and conner and disresepect towards an ally.

Conner and Peter headed to one of their favorite places after school. "Poppies & Pizza". Conner held the door open and smiled sweetly as he watched Peter walk in first, he followed after and held Peter's hand.

"Excuse me, can I please have a large cheese pizza pie & a side of strawberry vanilla poppies with  extra cream inside" Conner ordered once they got to the counter.

"and I'll have blueberry poppies with extra chocolate cream and a blue rasberry slushie,'please " Peter ordered.

"Coming right up gentlemen." The lady at the counter spoke. The couple heard the manager cough & growl his neck a little, shaking his head.

"is there a problem, sir?" the cashier asked.

"as a matter of fact, Linda, there is. those two you just took an order from came in holding hands." the manager spoke. Conner and Peter exchanged looks. Of- fucking- course.

"sir, I don't see where the issue is. those two young men obviously have feelings for one another and I don't see an issue with it" Linda argued back.

"It's just wrong. We can give food to anyone else in the world, but I will not allow my people to provide service to those people. " The nasty homophobic manager spoke.

"Then I'm sorry but I don't think I can work for you any more, Mr. Fairfield. I'm going to give these young men their order & then after that, I'm quitting" Linda said as she took off her apron and tried to go the back room where the kitchen was at.

"Yeah, no" Mr. Fairfield said. He grabbed Linda's arms and threw her out of his shop. He faced Peter and Conner.

"You two" he said, pointing accusingly. "Get the fuck out before shit gets ugly" he said with anger in his voice.

Peter ran out, tears flooding down his face as Conner tried ran after him but stopped once he got to the door.

"Peter! Wait" Conner called. He glared at Mr. Fairfield.

"You're going to fucking regret this you homo- phobic bitch" Conner threatend as he ran after his boyfriend.

"disgusting" he heard Mr. Fairfield mutter.

Later that day.
ConnerKent started a private conversation with danversalien.
Time-[12:30pm]

connerkent: kara, i need a favor.

danversalien: what's up bud?

connerkent: peter and i went to poppies and pizza today, and got thrown out.

danversalien: what the fuck, why? linda is always so sweet.

connerkent: no, linda quit to stand up for us. it was that bitch fairfield!  He kicked us out for being a same- sex couple. he also grabbed linda and threw her out.

danversalien: ok what the fuck.

danversalien: how can i help?

connerkent: he shouldn't be manager of a store where a lot of lgbt people go. nobody knows he's homophobic because he never showed it until today. can u talk to miss. luthor about it?

danversalien: i mean, i can try.

connerkent: thank u, kara. really. i owe u one.

danversalien: was anyone hurt?

connerkent: no, thankfully.

danversalien: ok,good.

danversalien started a private conversation with luthorboss.
Time-[12:39pm]

danversalien: hey lena

luthorboss: hey kara.

danversalien: i need to ask something of you.

luthorboss: sure, whats up?

danversalien: you know conner kent?

luthorboss: yeah, of course.

danversalien: he's like family to me. him and his boyfriend got kicked out of poppies and pizza today by somebody named fairfield. I guess he's the manager.

luthorboss: anthony fairfield?

danversalien: you know him?

luthorboss: he used to work here at l- corp. he quit for whatever reason. Why were conner & peter kicked out?

danversalien: because they're dating, he also kicked linda porter out after she stood up for them and quit.

Luthorboss: what? That's an outrage!  How can I help? And good on linda.

danversalien: conner thinks the place is in bad hands being managed by a homophobe. I was hoping you could pull some strings? maybe get that place a new brain?

luthorboss: i'll see what i can do.

danversalien: thank you so much, lena.

luthorboss: of course

hours later.

luthorboss: i bought poppies and pizza.

danversalien: you did?!

luthorboss: indeed i did. the owner of the store had no idea anthony fairfield was such a homophobic piece of shit and a massivly huge asshole, he was so embarassed he signed it right over.  i also just fired fairfield and then i also informed the public that he's a shitty ugly ass homophobe and he was rude to someone like linda porter.

danversalien: omg you're amazing...

luthorboss: i try to be.

danversalien: i really appreciate u, lena. how can i make it up to you??

luthorboss: dinner and a movie this saturday?

danversalien: sure!
