The Mansion

Twelve

The two boys headed out of the house at ten. Izuku left a note to let everyone know that there was lunch in the oven and if he wasn't home in time that there was dinner in the fridge.

"So, what are we doing?" Izuku chimed.

"I was thinking we could go ice-skating. I also wanted to maybe do a bit of light shopping for Saturday," Todoroki answered.

"Ok! I don't know how to ice-skate..." Izuku mumbled.

"I'll teach you, don't worry," the heterochromic boy smiled.

"Yay! Wait! Will it be cold? I didn't get a jacket. I only have a long sleeve shirt but I get cold easily..." Izuku began mumbling.

"Hey, you can have my jacket. I don't mind at all. The cold doesn't bother me," Todoroki spoke.

"Are you sure Shochan? I can work it out," Izuku blushed.

"It's fine, so the ice rink is about an hour away, so this will take a bit," Todoroki informed the greenette.

"Oooh can I play music?" Izuku glanced at the taller male in excitement.

"Yeah sure. Do you have a phone? You can connect it to the Auxiliaration cord if you do," Todoroki agreed.

"I uh, have a terrible phone. It's just a simple flip phone... Can I use your phone?" Izuku questioned.

"Sure, I don't mind. Make yourself a playlist too. Just click add song to playlist and click create new. Label it Bunny," Todoroki explained.

"Ok!" Izuku grinned. He clicked a song and Does Anybody Have A Map began to play.

Izuku sang along with every word. Todoroki just listened to the boy sing his heart out. His voice was music to Todoroki's ears.

"Shochan, do you have a song?" Izuku asked the male. Todoroki shook his head no.

A familiar strum of guitar sounded through car. Soon the song "Can't Help Falling In Love" was playing in the car. Izuku sang along while Todoroki smiled.

"Sing with me!!!" Izuku chirped. Todoroki laughed and began to sing.

For I can't help falling I love with you," the two sang together.

"See, that wasn't so bad! Do you know who Evie Clare is? She wrote the song Love You One More Time. It's really good. Listen," Izuku clicked the song and added it to his playlist.

Todoroki began to think how unsurprising it was that Izuku loved love songs. The fact that he had so many people falling for him made it odd that he was so oblivious.

After an hour of driving, they pulled up to a gorgeous building. Todoroki opened the door for Izuku and did so again fornthe entrance of the building. Izuku bowed and said thank you each time.

"My father owns a bunch of businesses. My mother begged him to make a few ice-skating rinks around so people could enjoy it all tbe time. I asked him if we could have this to ourselves and he agreed. Usually he wouldn't, but I had a way of swaying him," Todoroki stated as they went to get shoes.

"What was you bribing technique?" Izuku asked as he pulled in a size three skate.

"I told him I would come for dinner some day. He thinks that I should take over his company so I said I would go to discuss it," Todoroki explained.

"Did I do this right?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah, here let me tie it," Todoroki bent down and tied the smaller boys skates.

"Thank you! Ok let's go skate!!!" Izuku cheered. He tried walking but immediately tripped.

"Ok move your feet like this," Todoroki moved his feet from left to write kind of like gliding.

"Ok, is that how I skate or walk?" Izuku questioned.

"That's how you skate. Walking is just take balanced steps," Todoroki explained.

"Oh ok. I think I've got it," Izuku smiled.

"Ok," Todoroki began waking away.

"I said I think! Please don't leave!" Izuku grabbed the older boys sleeve.

"Ok. Also, here," Todoroki gave Izuku his jacket and began helping him to the rink.

Todoroki had his arm wrapped around Izuku for nearly the entire time. At one point Izuku took a break and Todoroki was free to do whatever he wanted. So he decided tonshow off.

He did his routine that he learned when he used to compete. Izuku clapped when it finished and let Todoroki know that he did amazing.

For lunch they just ate sandwiches and continued skating. Izuku had became steadily better and by the time it was five thirty, he could skate nearly as well as Todoroki.

That was until his legs gave out from exhaustion. Todoroki caught him before he hit the ground and checked on him. Izuku was just tired.

"Come on, we'll drive back and swing by the mall. I have some pain pills innthe car and we can get dinner," Todoroki ensured.

Izuku was swept off his feet and carried bridal style to the car. Todoroki gently set the small male in the passenger seat.

Izuku took two pain pills then fell asleep. Todoroki marvelled at the beauty of the boy while occasionally glancing at the road. When they arrived at the mall, Todoroki felt bad for having to wake him up.

"Shochan?" Izuku asked as he yawned. He rubbed his eyes and groggily stood up.

"Yeah, we have to get a few things. Here, I'll give you a piggyback ride," Todoroki picked the male up and walked away from the car.

They got a few soft blankets and pillows. Unbeknownst to Izuku, the taller male bought him a gift.

They got in the car with Izuku curled up still trying to sleep. Todoroki drove around for an hour before finally going to the restaurant. Izuku was up a d ready by then.

The two are peacefully. Desert came and Todoroki took out a bag so he could give it to his crush.

"What's this?" Izuku questioned while biting into his cheesecake.

"Look," Todoroki pushed the bag forward. Izuku opened it and smiled in delight.

A plushie of a unicorn laid dormant in the bag. He squealed and pulled it close. He then hugged Todoroki.

"Thank you so much! I love it!" Izuku grinned.

Soon they were headed home and as soon as they arrived Izuku went sleep. He laid down in Bakugo's bed and fell asleep before any questions could  be asked.
