Pretty girl.

Alex's p.o.v

I rolled my eyes at another one of Jacob's bad pick up lines watching as he ran a hand through his brown hair.

Max and Daniel arm wrestled trying to see who's strongest, eventually Daniel won ruffling Max's black hair as he puffed.

It was third period, English, no one really cared about the subject, heck the teacher didn't even care about the subject.

Talking about, he left to get something at the principal's office. It wouldn't surprise me if he was getting fired for constantly sleeping on the job.

Xander was sitting on my table, swinging his legs back and forward talking about some cute boy. His red hair was slightly ruffled as his freckles stood out among his piercing blue eyes.

The rest of the people were chatting away with their friends as the door slightly creaked open. No one really paid attention as Mr. Brown made his way into the class along with a girl. I had to look twice admiring the new girls beauty.

Her long brown-red hair hanging just below her shoulders, electric grey green eyes which seemed to be focused on the floor.

She had a pencil skirt on, revealing her rather short pale-ish legs, a pastel pink sweater and a pair of white heals.

Scanning her up and down, taking in her beauty she glanced up for a second rubbing her left arm. I quickly looked down as Daniel nudged my arm, "Ou, country boy seems to have his eye on a girl."

Max rolled his eyes, "Daniel you said that about the last five girl as well, country boy doesn't know how to keep his eye on someone."

The both of them joined into a laugh and I couldn't help but laugh as well.

"This is Leila Gomintro. She's a new student and a year younger, her advanced school back in her state made her skip a grade over in America." Mr. Brown introduced her to us and she just gave a small side smile as some girls scoffed in jealousy.

My eyes traveled to hers once again giving her a smile and the shy girl blushed in return.

Mr. Brown gave her an assigned seat next to Luke, he didn't have much friends as his best friend recently passed away in a car accident.

Luke had black hair and green eyes, he was your typical emo boy, maybe they'll hit it off although she looks more happy and full of life.

Leila mumbled a hello to Luke and her accent immediately made the class go silent. It sounded different and out of place.

She giggled and it made me smile, almost as if her smile was contagious.

Luke whispered something in her ear making her giggle yet again, rolling my eyes at the scene I turned my attention to Xander who was smiling innocently looking at me.

The bell rang and I couldn't be more happy for break time.

I made my way past Leila and only now noticed how short she actually is. Everyone is shorter than me, since I'm 6'5, it's daily struggles getting through doors.

She smiled up at me, does she always smile?

Making my way to our regular spot at the cafeteria I couldn't help but notice Leila walking along side Luke to the outside tables.

The next couple of periods Leila was no where to be seen, not at calculus, biology or Spanish. It made me wonder what type of subjects she took.

The bell rang for the end of the day and I finally saw Leila at her locker pushing her books in with a soft sigh.

Making my way over to her I took a deep breath before speaking, "You're the new girl Leila, right?"

Fuck Alex, of course she's the new girl dumb ass.

She gave me a small frown, as if she was in thought, "Ohh, yeah haha, that's me." Her face burned red and I couldn't help but find it extremely cute.

"Well I'm Alex, nice to meet you." I extended a hand and she carefully shook it, my large hand towering over hers.

She pulled her hand back, "I have to go, see you tomorrow!"

I smiled to myself seeing her walk away, what a beauty.

Leila's p.o.v
Next day.

Listening as Luke talked about his favorite band, which happens to be my favorite band too, I smiled playing with the ruffles of my ripped jeans.

It was lunch time and I could barely hear Luke, this place was so crowded despite all the outside space.

The conversation suddenly stopped and my eyes snapped to Luke as he was tapping on his phone.

"Fuck, I have to go get my 420." He said standing up. "420?" I questioned utterly confused.

"Weed." He winked as he slid his fries to me making me smile and mumble a thanks.

Luke walked off and I sat there playing with my pastel blue wool.

Minding my own business I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder as one Alex's friends slid next to me.

"Hi I'm Jacob, you're the new girl Tasia right?" He spoke confidently as he ate one of my fries, making me look over to the table in front of me having Alex and his friends bursting of laughter.

I giggled shaking my head, "Tasia no, Leila yes." Jacob groaned in frustration as he stood up.

"Would you like to join us since you're sitting all by yourself." He cocked an eyebrow and I shyly nodded.

Making our way over to the table I could feel their eyes intensely scanning over me.

Seeing there were no space left next to anyone I sat down on the table beside a guy whom introduced himself as Daniel.

After everyone introduced themselves I noticed that I was sitting across from Alex. He was the most attractive to me if I was being honest.

Daniel cracked a joke and everyone started laughing and I couldn't help but notice Alex's dimples.

Involuntarily I traced my fingers over his dimples startling him a bit and I pulled my hand back biting my lip, "I'm sorry." I shyly smiled blushing.

Alex grinned at me making me blush even more.

Max hit my thigh playfully making me hiss out as I felt Alex's eyes scan my thigh frowning as my jean had a blood stain on it.

I quickly covered it up watching if anyone else saw it but everyone were busy in their own conversation.

I looked down at Alex before storming off to the bathroom.

Great job freak.
