It's the next chapter in their lives and they're going off to college, new people, new houses yet some things always seem to...

Prologue They're older now, starting a new chapter of their lives and going off to college but Things never went back to how they used to be. They would pass each other in the halls of school or see each other at the mall but it was almost as if they didn't exist to one another, Birthdays went by without any gifts being shared, Christmases past without the same warmth they used to bring each other and promises that were made were broken. Sam and rhyme were now nothing but strangers.
