Hey guys. I know I've been gone for a long time. Sorry this isn't a chapter but there's something I need to get off my chest. I'm not going to be continuing with this fic. I've been thinking about it for a long time and finally came to this conclusion. My heart just isn't into it the way it used to be. I started Just Add A Merman when I was 15. Now I'm 21 and have a degree in creative writing. I feel like writing my H2O fanfics was the first step in this path that I'm on, and for that I am eternally grateful. Not only that, but I've met some amazing people and made lifelong friends due to my stories. To think that it all started when I was riding the bus home one day and thought "wouldn't it be cool if H2O had a merman?"
I know you've all been waiting for another chapter, and I sincerely apologize that I've been MIA for almost two years. I know you don't want this story to end. Neither do I. That's why even though I'm not going to continue this fic, I want someone else to take it on. Even after everything, this story is still near and dear to my heart. It means so much to me, and I would love to see it go on. So if anyone is willing, I'd love to pass this story onto you so you can continue where I left off. With that being said, I'm not just going to hand it off to any ol' schmuck. You gotta have some serious writing chops and the passion to see this story through.
